One possible reason it will/has backfire(d) is that none of the elements that comprise a human is or contains what I call (for lack of a proper term) a "non-return valve."
Basically, if they can touch your mind electronically, you can, with your mind, touch their machines. If such machines actually exist they may be shielded on the sending end.
The human being is much more than just a recieving unit. We send and receive, more or less constantly, and without always knowing about it.
So know about it. Slam back. Find a back door. Reach out and touch them. Feed the signal back to them.
