U P D A T E: Gold / Silver Money Bill PHASE I HITS A HEAD-START
HOME RUN FOR PHASE II
GOALS OF GOLD AND SILVER SOUND MONEY (as a reminder)...
• Return New Hampshire to the Gold and Silver monetary system and
secure it against all enemies both foreign and domestic;
• and, Build Security into the State's entire Socio-Economic Systems;
• and, Develop a larger Economic Development base from which both our
tax base and our job creation base can be expanded by encouraging
investments of capital to come to the state;
• and, as appropriate, lower taxes in other areas that are causing
severe
socio-economic problems that we can avoid such as the property taxes
across the state.
A quick summary...Amended House Bill 1342 enables an existing ability
that
is allowed by ALL Federal Statutes. 1342 will allow financial
transactions,
involving the State, our citizens, and our businesses to be able to be
handled
using both Federal Reserve Notes and/or U.S. minted Gold and Silver.
1342 gives New Hampshire the choice to receive and use U.S. minted Gold
and Silver in daily transactions with the State. 1342 is an insurance
policy
that keeps the State of New Hampshire secure in it's monetary system,
AND it's voluntary !
IMPORTANT NOTE: The version of HB 1342 that is listed on the New
Hampshire government website is a version of the bill BEFORE it was
amended. Originally 1342 dealt with New Hampshire setting up it's
own mint for coinage of Gold / Silver. However, there were too many
potential conflicts with the U.S. Constitution and it was decided to
rewrite the bill with the assistance of the eminently qualified
Constitutional Lawyer, Dr. Edwin Vieira, Jr., of Virginia. If you'd

Henry McElroy or Harvey Wharfield at the numbers below.
Phase I of New Hampshire's Gold / Silver Sound Money Bill 1342 has laid
the Phase II foundation to reintroduce and pass the Gold / Silver Money
bill in November 2004 while continuing to encourage passage of similar
legislation in other states !

the U.S.A. and North America ! CALLS AND E-MAILS HAVE BEEN
COMING IN !

And, many of you forwarded the emails to your own lists.
Indications from our PHASE I email channels are that more than
100,000 active people, some with large distribution lists are looking
for ways to assist the Gold / Silver Sound Money Strategy in PHASE
II. Another 3,600,000 people have been influenced related to Gold /
Silver Sound Money from their exposure to local and national and
internet based newspapers. These people now know about the Legality of
and some reasons for Gold and Silver as part of the Country's Lawful
Legal Tender money system.

Secondly, and most importantly, Revised HB 1342 survived triumphantly
from our Phase I New Hampshire House floor fight and was recommended by
House Leadership as part of Phase II to be brought back in the November
2004 session in the New Hampshire Legislature !
The NH House Commerce Committee Chairman John B. Hunt made several
cogent suggestions for revisions which will be studied for inclusion.
It
was suggested that an incentive be given to those paying their debts to
the
state receive a percentage reduction in their bill if they pay in gold
or
silver.
It was also clarified that the State's depository would be utilized as
a
secure
area for the storage, etc., of people's gold assets and thus realize
storage
fees, etc., bringing in revenue to the State. These deposit accounts
would
not be commingled with the Treasurer's payables.
Chairman Hunt said he will avail himself to support passage of the bill
in
Fall
2004. This will ensure that New Hampshire will be one of the first 6 to
14
states to readopt Gold and Silver as part of their State's monetary
system.
During Phase II with your assistance, we'll help introduce The Sound
Money Bill in other State legislatures that feel as we do ! (See the
bottom
line below !) We now have 8 months remaining in Phase II to get the
word
out ! We still have to set up a promotional and educational website
that
will
keep you all updated on the Gold / Silver Money Bills here in New
Hampshire
and in other States across the country.
We will also have a tape/DVD available soon of the 2/2/04 Gold / Silver
Money Bill press conference that was held in the Legislative Office
Building of the New Hampshire State Capitol in Concord, New Hampshire.

catalyst for the strategy heading into PHASE II !
