Speaking Wind in The Watchers Trilogy and subsequent articles had a lot to say about what the Illuninati have in mind for us: general madness will characterizes the "end times." I'd certainly say "general madness" characterizes the present time, wouldn't you? My guess is it's a disturbance in the electromagnetic fields, some of which may be solar induced, but much of which is undoubtedly human created electropollution and heaven knows what else.
