If Delacriox's painting of "Liberty guiding the people" were based on a
Christian perspective, then the painting would reveal:
"...where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is Liberty."
2 Corinthians, 3:17
Instead, Liberty is revealed at the center of a slaughter, leading the
people
to their own destruction by provoking their rage and their hatred.
The painting is not of the cross but actually of the double-cross.
Man's sorrows begin and end with the temptations and provocations of
the
double-cross, feasting on the lie that we can fight for freedom.
The encoded message of Janet's exposed breast is the ongiong mental and
emotional rape of Americans by the disciples of the double-cross whose
seal of
authority and power of retribution can be seen on Janet's exposed
nipple.
It looks like a the rays of the sun but it is actually two crosses, the
double-cross, the mark of Cain.
It is the seal of authority given to the ministers of condemnation, and
it
was flashed before millions of unaware viewers to mock and insult and
to display
contempt.
Our power is not in the exposure of breasts or in waving flags and
wielding
weapons but in the "fruit of the Spirit of love, joy, peace,
longsuffering,
gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is
no law."
Galatians, 5:22-23
Where there is no vision the people perish. The entire Super Bowl
affair and
half-time mockery is an attempt to define the limits of the people's
vision.
"He that saith he is in the light, and hateth his brother, is in
darkness
even until now.
He that loveth his brother abideth in the light, and there is none
occasion
of stumbling in him.
But he that hateth his brother is in darkness, and walketh in darkness,
and
knoweth not whither he goeth, because that darkness hath blinded his
eyes."
1 John, 2:9-11
Let us, therefore, open our eyes. And let this be our vision.
