The Federal Communications Commission allegedly has similar guidlines as their namesake Feline Conservation Center. As the cat-FCC non-profit organization, located in Rosamond, California is dedicated to the protection and preservation of the world's endangered felines - the media-FCC seems to have it's primary goals in the preservation of the USA's 'endangered' morals and is more than the miouww-FCC even non-non-profit. What a benefit for a nation of selfrensponsible individuals...
Right before the eyes of (media-) FCC chairman, son of secretary of foreign affaires Colin Powell horrible nightmares took place: A daddy jumping over to his kids (like Foster at the touchdown) covering their eyes with his bare hands, shocked mummies pulling the plugs of TV-sets, masses of potatoe-chips rotating in their packages out of pure horror - and zillions of people rushing to their disc-collections burning and crushing their Jackson-albums (the ones of Michael at that too!).
The official audience-ratings immediately fell into an abyss while the inofficial ratings climbed into uncountable heavens.
The question remains, why on American TV bare skin is regarded as more evil than dead skin...
