If I had to offer a guess as to where this vortex for our Three Earths is, it might be node 15 or 16 of the Blue Grid:

Node 15 is north of the Atlantis Fracture Zone, and near a whole heap of underwater activity. Node 16 is powerful in a different way, with a pattern of grid lines precisely like Great Salt Lake in Utah at Node 04.
If you want to experiment with this idea, try getting in a plane and flying or hovering around these node points at various altitudes for a few minutes. Perhaps you'll see other people there whizzing off to Earth #3...
All you basically need to do is fly along these Blue Grid lines in the Atlantic until you're told to leave OR ELSE. Then you know you're kind of in the right place.
I'd stick with Node 15 first for a vortex, though, unless someone is willing to reveal more specific details.
