This new and wonderful information has just crossed the wire here at Rumor Mill News!
What you are about to read was forwarded to me in the last few hours through the kind aegis of Rayelan, White Raven and Gigi, one of our overseas RMN Agents.
According to the text in hand, it appears that there should (or may) be accompanying photos as well.
Somehow, I have not been able to pull the photos or video up yet.
But wait!..... hold the groans!… I'm hot on their trail!
In the meantime, I have decided to post the story forthwith so that you, our readers, can be the first to share in what may be yet another milestone in the developing story of the 'Twinkler' phenomena!
All across the Internet, people are sitting up and taking notice of what goes on here at Rumor Mill News.
The unfolding saga of the Twinklers is case in point!

I've been seeing those twinklers in the sky over Israel for some time now
and been reading the posts here on the Rumor Mill News. Only yesterday when
I saw the images of a twinkler Whitraven posted I remembered that I have
very similar images, only that this twinkler or UFO as I referred to it
until now, apparently landed in or close to an Israeli air force base and
took off again.
The images are of one of the most spectacular UFO ever captured on tape in
Israel. The video was passed to me some time ago by my dear friend Barry
Chamish, who I believe is an agent on your web site. This awesome UFO was
seen by hundreds of people and video taped by at least five. The UFO changes
its appearance dramatically and that is way we named it The Shifter.
Yesterday when I saw the pictures that were posted the similarities between
the two became clear .
Hope you guys find this interesting.
below is are the grabs I made from the video and a short description of what
took place that evening. I have also sampled the video into MPG format but
I don't have a web site to put them on. The MPGs are 36 MB. If anyone wishes
to host them please contact me and I will send them to him.

By the way, I noticed that you never call the twinklers UFOs. Why is that?

The UFO was seen on July 22, 1999. It was first spotted at about 19:30,
sundown, over the city of Tsfat and the nearby town of Yokneam. It was
filmed by people in both towns and seen by hundreds of people in several
groups who called both the army and the media. The UFO crossed the country
from north to south. About a hundred miles away, over the city of Ashdod,
people were waiting for it to arrive and as it did it was filmed again.
Phone calls were made so people were waiting for it even farther south, in
the city of Yavne. As the UFO neared the city a large group assembled and
watched as it neared and seemed to stop its advance southward and started to
slowly circle over a nearby air-force base. It made no sound as it traveled.
At one point a high pitched sound of an unmanned aircraft was heard for
several minutes but then silence returned.
The large group, consisted of several families, grew larger and larger as
the UFO seemed to slowly descend. People came out with binoculars and at
least two video cameras were pointed at it. A police car passed by and the
cops joined the group. It is one the videos taken by this group that is
shown here.
The UFO changed its appearance all the time. First, only one light source
was visible, then two. Finally, three lights were seen in a familiar
triangular shape. At one time, as the camera zoomed at the object, a bright
red light flashed. The got bigger and bigger as it descended until it
finally disappeared from there sight as it went behind a line of trees.
People suggested it has landed. A woman is heard screaming in excitement "it
landed, it landed", but no one can see the object for the trees.
Several minutes afterwards the object is seen again as it starts to ascend.
Its appearance changed again as it was now fleshing different colors, red,
blue, yellow and green. The colors in the video are a offset to green so the
colors shown here are not exactly the colors that were seen. The UFO got
smaller and smaller while still fleshing colors and finally disappeared from
sight at about 00:30.
