have caused it.

I've watching the KURSK incident as reported by various Russian media. Some facts reported in Russia look
quite interesting:
1.Were there any U.S. submarines in the area? Shortly after the disaster U.S. Govt. volunteered a story about
2 (two) US subs deployed at the Russian exercise area. On Saturday, however, Russian admiral Motsak said
in a public interview three subs was deployed. Several sources quote a story about an American sub, which
appeared in Norway shortly after the disaster requesting emergency repairs. FSB and GRU guys must now be
working hard on this one. Several sources quote a story about non-Russian emergency buoys, which
appeared in the area - your FOXNEWS story brings similar news.
2. Designers of KURSK analyzed the videotapes made by the rescue team and say the sub has 'most unusual'
damage of inexplicable at this stage origin. The boat has a long crack at the front and several cracks in other
places. A cover of one cruise missile is missing. Manholes are bent INWARDS. This means the fatal
explosion happened OUTSIDE the sub and not inside as the media want us to believe.
3. An orchestrated spin campaign against president Putin has been launched in Western media. While it
attempts to claim 'popular dissatisfaction' of Russians, results of opinion polls are quite interesting: CNN
Online 90% against Putin, 10% for him (who voted?)= Pravda Online 25% against Putin, 75% for Putin
Russian politicians generally keep quiet; nobody attempts to criticize the president.
4. Australian SBS TV made an interview today with Commander Jim Jenkins of the Royal Navy. The British
officer said the Russian rescue team did everything correctly and the British placed themselves under Russian
command. So much for the stories about 'Russian ineptitude'.
5. Many stories appearing in Russia suggest we have here another case of the 'Chinese Embassy' syndrome.
The White House is dissatisfied with the growing power of Russia as well as popularity of Vladimir Putin.
Clinton & Co. doesn't like current Russian policies on Yugoslavia, Iraq, and Libya etc. To teach Putin a lesson,
U.S. sent 3 submarines to the exercise area. One of the attacked KURSK with a torpedo or another weapon -
for real. In the resulting dogfight heavily damaged KURSK managed to ram the American boat, which was
ejected to the surface by the impact. The US crew repaired some damage, launched emergency buoys and
proceeded slowly towards Norway. Russian Navy researchers claiming that an American boat of the 'Los
Angeles' class would be ejected to the surface if rammed by much larger KURSK back the scenario.
Some time afterwards, Bill Clinton phoned the Kremlin. The White House still talks about a 'NATO sponsored
rescue' and proposed to send four (!) people to Russia to help in the rescue effort. After the incident, president
Putin had emergency consultations with president Kuchma of the Ukraine. An urgent meeting followed this with
the Russian Chief of General Staff and SECRET SUMMIT MEETING OF ALL C.I.S. POST-SOVIET STATES
HELD IN JALTA. When Putin was in Jalta, it was not a holiday.
