There is something amusing about the notion that it is wise to refrain from the objective of expressing truth.
Espressing and creating are very similar, nearly if not absolutely identical.
In this world, human expression always includes a blend of reality and illusion. To be human is to express. And "God created the universe." The natural desire animating the heart is to express truth. We evolve towards it. Most humans prefer to aim closer to truth in our expression. In the realms of concrete experience we can do no better than approach it. Life teaches us to change our mind when we lose the trail towards truth.
But we do want to approach truth. Certainly we don't want to turn away from it, not in mindfulness.
Perhaps the hazard to avoid is thinking that we can achieve truth. Or that we can never realize it.
Or maybe it is that we are able to apprehend truth within but cannot fully and accurately externalize it here. After all, "here" is an illusion. "Here" is not truth.
