I will voice one little opinion first: Mind creates reality: If a million or two of us decide that we really want to solve this misery in which we see ourselves without the full and total destruction to everything, then voting 'yes' IS INDEED A REALITY CREATION.
Even if that is ALL that it is, it is the most potent form of united reality creation I've seen in a long time! It is, in its own way, an opportunity to take back our power by the simple realization that each of us CAN make a difference. A: Like billions others in this galaxy, we are conscious creatures. Some call us
"extra-terrestrials", but the reality is subtler.

exists in our internal relationships. Ours is based upon the wisdom of several
races. It is with the approval of this hierarchy that we turn to you now. Your

evolution, cosmic "humans" discover new forms of science beyond the apparent
control of matter. Structured materialization and dematerialization are a part
of them. Your human science has reached this level in a few laboratories, in
close collaboration with other "extra-terrestrial" creatures, but at the cost of
hazardous compromises that remain purposely hidden from you by some of your
representatives. These compromises are leading your people down the path to

Q: Why aren't we visible?
A: The objects or phenomena studied by your scientific community that you call
'UFOs' are essentially manufactured multidimensional spaceships.
Many human beings have been in visual, auditory, tactile or psychic contact with
such ships, some of which are under the occult powers that "govern" you. The
scarcity of hard data on our ships is simply because there are outstanding
advantages to be had while these ships are in a dematerialized state. Because
your first-hand data is so limited, you tend not to believe in their existence.

The majority of contacts are made on an individual basis to touch the soul, not
to modify any organized system. This is also deliberately done by the unfriendly
races that surround you, but for very different reasons, and with very different

For the negative multidimensional beings that play a part in the exercise of
power in the shadow of human oligarchy, discretion is motivated by their desire
to keep their existence and their seizure of power unknown and unopposed.
For us, discretion is motivated by respect for human free will, so that people

A: You are the offspring of many traditions that have mutually enriched each
other. The same applies to all the other races on the surface of the Earth. Your
goal should be to unite in respect for these roots, to accomplish a common
project. The appearances of your cultures seem to keep you separated because you
substitute them for your deeper beings. Shape now seems more important than the
subtle essence of your nature. For the powers-that-be, this prevalence of shape
constitutes their ramparts against any form of jeopardy.
You are being called on to overcome material form while still respecting it for
its richness and beauty. Understanding makes us love all men in all their
diversity. Peace does not mean ‘not making war’, it consists of becoming what

To help you understand this, the numbers of solutions to your problems have been
decreasing. One remaining possibility consists of contact with other races. This

decisions. But you are losing more and more control of your own fate because of
the growing use of advanced technologies of which you are only partially aware,
with lethal consequences on the earthly and human ecosystems. This situation is
becoming irreversible.
You are slowly but surely losing your extraordinary capacity to make life
desirable. Your resilience is being artificially decreased, independently of
your will. Technologies exist that affect your body as well as your mind. And
plans to effect these changes are on their way.
This can change as long as you keep your creative power, even if it cohabits
with the dark intentions of your potential lords.
This is the reason we remain invisible. This individual power is doomed to
vanish should a collective reaction of great magnitude not occur. The period to

But should you wait for the last moment to find solutions? Should you anticipate
the danger and overcome it, or wait and undergo the pain of slavery?
Your history has never ceased to be marked by encounters between peoples who
discovered one another under conditions that were often conflictive. Conquests
by some usually occurred to the detriment of others. Earth has now become a
village where everyone knows everyone else, but still conflicts persist, and

Although as an individual, a Human Being has many potential capacities, he can

There are several billions of you. Yet the education of your children, your
living conditions, the conditions of numerous animals and much of the plant life
of your world are under the thumb of only a small number of political,
financial, military and religious representatives.
Your thoughts and beliefs are modeled after partisan interests, your leaders
turn you into slaves while at the same time giving you the feeling that you are
in total control of your destiny. Ironically, this in essence mirrors reality.
But it is a long way between the wish and the fact when the true rules of the
game are unknown. You are not the conqueror this time. The biasing of
information is an old military strategy for earth humans.
Inducing thoughts and emotions is an even older a strategy. As is using
organisms that do not belong to you via ad hoc technologies.
Wonderful opportunities for progress stand shoulder to shoulder with threats of
subjugation and destruction. These dangers and opportunities exist even now, but
you only perceive what is being shown you. The end of your planet’s natural
resources is programmed into its construction, yet no long-term collective
project has been launched to replace them.
Ecosystem mechanisms have exceeded irreversible limits. The scarcity of certain
resources and the unfair distribution of others - resources whose prices will
only rise day after day - will bring about fratricidal fights on a planetary
scale, but also at the very heart of your cities and countryside.
Hatred grows stronger, but so does love. This is what will keep you confident in
your ability to find your solutions. But there is a needed critical mass. Your
supply of humane humans seems insufficient, and a clever work of sabotage is
being carried out by the dark forces that hunt you.
Human behaviors, formed from past habits and training, have an inertia, and your
current perspective can only lead you to a dead end. You entrust major problems
to representatives whose consciousness of common well-being slowly fades away in
favor of corporate interests, political power grabs, and military fears, with
all their attendant difficulties. They are always debating the form but rarely

Where can a collective and unifying awareness come from, that will stop this
blind rush to destruction?
Tribes, populations, and nations have always encountered and interacted with one

A great Tsunami wave is on the verge of appearing, and will cause great change
in your world system. It waxes very positive, but it also has very negative

A: There are two ways to establish contact with other civilizations: via its
apparent Representatives or by going directly to the Individuals in the society,
without distinction. The first way entails fights with special interests; the
second way brings awareness to all.
The first method was chosen by a group of races interested in keeping mankind in
slavery, thereby controlling Earth’s resources, the human gene pool, and your
emotional energy.
The second method was chosen by a group of races allied with the Cause of the
Spirit of Service. We have, at our end, subscribed to this disinterested cause,

interests’ with their ‘strategic vision’.

Most of you ignore the fact that non-human creatures take part in the exercise
of your centralized powers, without even being suspected, or for that matter,
accessible to your senses. This is so true that they have already very subtly
almost taken total control of your political system. They do not necessarily
stand on your material plane, and this is precisely what could make them
extremely efficient, and frightening, in the near future. However, be assured
that a large number of your representatives are fighting this danger. Know also
that not all abductions are made against you. Stay sharp; it is sometimes
difficult to recognize the truth!
Q: How can you, under such conditions, exercise your free will, when it is so
much manipulated? In what way are you really free?
A: Peace, and the reunification of your peoples would be a first step toward
building harmony with civilizations other than your own. That is precisely what
those who manipulate you behind the scenes want to avoid at all cost, because by
dividing, they reign. They also reign over those who govern you. Their strength
comes from their capacity to instill mistrust and fear in you. This causes

the mobilization of many ships, materializing them in your skies and on Earth.
