Makes me wonder if cutting their funding (for the public's space weather information source) has anything to do with HAARP. They can tell when that thing turns on. Especially since there are rumours circulating that HAARP was used to take down the grid. There is a person, Guy Kramer (also out of colorado that) that models the stock market and peoples emotions based on space weather. He noticed HAARP was turned on right before the markets re-opened after 911. He was visited by the feds and "convinced" by them the he should not be telling the Public about what Government may be doing to them with HAARP.
