All of whom are "Above all law, of all nations, excepting their own excessive, abusive "Private Laws of treaties international agreements other than treaties" constituting "Mob Rule."
PAYMENT OF THE U.S. DEBT by DEBT SWAP-DEBT CONVERSION was made, by the Outstanding, Primary Creditor of the United States (Durham International Ltd; Corporation, in Good Standing) to THE DEBTOR the U.S. Federal Reserve CORPORATION; IN FULL the amount of $6.5 Trillion Dollars in LAWFUL "EQUITY" GOLD COLLATERAL; JUNE 2003.
Terms and Conditions of Payment: "Return all Mortgages on U.S. Properties back to the United States which were illegally taken outside the Continental Limits of the United States the week of December 20th, 2002, and RETURN OF INFRASTRUCTURE ASSETS AS IDENTIFIED IN EXECUTIVE ORDER 12803, of April 30, 1992, 57 FR 19063 /MAY 4, 1992."

Arrived destination June 10, 2003 Malaga Spain." The transaction was ACCEPTED by the U.S. Federal Reserve, the London House of Rothschild, the U.S. Dept. of the Treasury, the White House, and the CIA Offices in Spain after arrival date June 10th.
Instead of complying with the TERMS & CONDITIONS of PAYMENT OF U.S. DEBT; Unlimited funds were then injected into the Global Stock Markets. Not a single Stock Market could understand "where the sudden injection of unlimited funds came from" commencing the week of June 19th, 2003.
