I thought you would appreciate some first hand information from cleveland on the blackout. I noticed that they are blaming Ohio for the start of the blackout as well. I tend to agree with this. (at least that it started there)
So,.. I was working in downtown Cleveland at my companies' Datacenter. We have about 30 servers hosted with an Internet Service Provider there that I am the Administrator for.
On Thursday afternoon I was at the Datacenter rebuilding one of our servers
when the power went out. Our provider has backup power so we were never really off the internet for more than a few minutes as the routers and servers came back up. I worked for a few minutes
to make sure our servers were returning to service then went looking for a web site that posted the story,... which was not CNN or FOX News, I checked those sites first,... it was MSNBC, they even had an audio report only about 10 minutes after the outage.
Just as a note, the time for the blackout (shutdown) on all of my servers was date stamped between 4:06 and 4:07pm, that's based on the Navy time standard. I guess the 4:11 and 4:15 stuff is from New York. I know another administrator that hosts equipment in Akron, but works in Cleveland. I spoke to him this morning and before the power went down in Cleveland, he was recieving alarms from Akron that the servers there were down. About 20-30 seconds later is when Cleveland blacked out, so that tells me the outage began in Akron, not Cleveland.

I don't know how things were in NY, but in Cleveland it was very calm and
there was no panicing in the streets. The only Chaos was with the traffic
build up from the traffic light failure. I stuck around
until about 6pm to make sure the servers were up and our ISP's backbone
survived the outage, then I headed home as well. By this time most of the
radio stations were off the air except 1100 WTAM (the big one). They were
basically taking calls from different cities, some had power, some did not.
The Mayor was still on a flight at this time, so she was not making any
statements yet, but upon her return the first concern was the water supply.
"A day after a widespread power outage that also affected parts of eight
states and Canada, Cleveland Mayor Jane Campbell told reporters that
concerns had been raised that sewage might have contaminated drinking
water, and the Environmental Protection Agency would not have results of its
safety tests until the weekend. "

The Mayor's concern made sense but I have noticed recently that the
Cleveland area has not had any noticable Chemtrail spraying, unfortunately
that ended today. When I left work this afternoon I noticed that Cleveland
was covered with a Chemtrail sky. I have also heard plenty of rumors that
people may start to get sick over the next few weeks from the pollution in
the water. I wonder if that will be the real reason for widespread illness,
or more chemtrails.
I read Skolnicks report on the Blackout Payout. The elite tend to have more
than one reason for doing anything, so this makes me wonder if there are
plans in the near future to stage something else and blame it on the outage,
maybe health related.
