NEED SCREEN CAPTURE TECH HELP QUICK ! CAN'T SAVE!!

I have the radar shot in an open browser window. It doesn't save the radar frame with the webpage. My printer is broken on this computer. The radar shot is no longer on the current loop. I have Windows 98 and Office 2000. I do NOT remember how to do screen captures. If I can do one, I can save the webpage and get it over to Raye to save and then we can post it. Please email me the instructions on how to do a screen capture. I need to shut this computer down and reboot as the Windows memory leakage has gotten it going really slow. Reboot, of course, loses the shot.... Help, please???
