Who is 'firing' WHAT at New York? They are altering the weather with it where I live. We sit here and WATCH the Moisture streams move RIGHT around these Nexrad sites. When they turn off the 'signal generators', it begins to rain as it should.(Nexrad may be just the monitor...could GWEN be the cause? Don't know. But the very word strikes fear into the Heart of ordinary Americans.)
