This is nothing but semantics, and it doesn't change the fact that the Con-stitution was never legally ratified, it doesn't change the fact that none of us were ever conferred ANY rights under it or that it was in fact a bankruptcy document- you can clearly discern this by also reading the Paris Treaty, the Definitive Treaty of Peace of 1789 (see below)
The only people who WERE conferred rights under it were its direct signers, who were landed gentry blue blood snobs-ruling elite land owners many of whom owned land in England before DURING and AFTER the so called "Revolution", which was, in fact a FRAUD.

The fact is that the United States Inc. was a corporation that had entered into a business agreement with the Crown prior to the Revolution, but which reneged on a debt owed to the Crown. It was representatives of this Corporation who signed the Definitive Treaty of Peace of 1789, and also the Con-stitution.
In signing the Treaty of Peace, they agreed to pay off the debt, but you were never shown this Treaty when you were brainwashed into accepting the Con-stitution with the virtually religious fervor with which you currently mindlessly embrace it.
Make no mistake about it, the IRS takes the view that our birth certificates were all monetized as collateral against this debt, that our SS# is our Slave Number, and that our bodies have been pledged as collateral against an unpayable debt. All you have to do to see the truth of this is look what happened to former Congressman Hansen from Idaho when he wrote a book exposing the evil of the IRS called "To Harrass Our People".
Hansen, who once thought he had something called "first amendment rights" was railroaded into the Federal Gulag and given "Diesel Therapy" for about 15 years during which time his wife, family, and attorney didn't even know if he was dead or alive because they kept him shuttling around on busses from prison to prison, never letting him stay in any one place for any length of time, and putting him in the hole when he got there.
"Diesel Therapy" is where they ride you all over hell and back on diesel busses and planes and they shackle your wrists to your ankles, forcing all your blood to flow into your feet, and they intentionally force you to wear shoes that are too small so your feet will swell and become unbearingly painful.
They force people undergoing Diesel Therapy to piss and shit all over themselves, they mock them constantly, and in the prisons they give them only the dirtiest, most menial jobs to try to break their spirits. They routinely beat them too, and do things like shove electric cattle prods up their assholes and not let them sleep by leaving lights on 24/7.
The debt debt originally incurred by the United States Inc. which they agreed to repay via the Definitive Treaty of Peace was made unpayable by the fiat money system we were fraudulently forced into with the creation of the Federal Reserve. The people who created the Fed are the modern day equivalent of the criminals who signed the Treaty of Peace of 1789 and the Con-stitution.
The fact is that King George didn't remove his troops from what is supposedly "our" soil until severaly YEARS after we supposedly "won" this "revolution". Spooner thought he had rights under the Constitution til he did an exhaustive historical analysis of the circumstances surrounding its signing and found that it had never been legally ratified. I DON'T believe everything I read, and am insulted by the suggestion that I DO!! I read Spooner's book not WANTING to believe it, because I USED to share your level of patriotic fervor until I came to know the truth.

I don't mind having an intelligent debate on these issues, but I don't appreciate your assertion that I believe "everything I read". I don't. Far from it. I once took a course in high school years ago called POPPM "Propaganda, Public Opinion, Polls, and Mass Media" It was taught by a guy with a PhD in Political Science, and he developed the course himself.
Through it I learned to have an inquiring mind, and to never accept anything at face value. I was taught to understand the sort of political deceptions and fraud that is routinely foisted off on gullible people via a variety of mechanisms.
I earn a living in the political arena as a lobbyist for the dietary supplement industry, and I know, from first hand experience, possibly more than anyone else who posts here on RMN, just how much of a cesspool Washington DC actually is.
Believe me, I check things out, and I have gone to great lengths to check out all that I am telling you here.
I don't mind honest, open debates, but if your intention is to publicly debate me, you better do your homework, and cite very credible information to refute what I am saying, because I HAVE done mine.
