When I refer to "we," I am referring to the current state of humanity in
general, not to my own belief. I am sorry if that was not clear in my post.
: What does the anthropologist say of Krishnamurti and those

I know only a little of Krishnamurti, but what I believe of him and all of those humans through the ages who have sought deeper, more spiritual understanding is that these are the people who have assisted in "nudging" us toward the paradigm shifts that do help us to spiritually and intellectually evolve.
: Are we to remain ignorant ...or should we not ask simple

: What does the anthropologist say ...?
I apologize for my assumption that readers would know that anthropology
is a science that is driven by the concept that "biology is not
destiny."
Because we are rational, sentient beings, it stands to reason that we
have the ability to transcend our biological "shortcomings." We can
and, indeed, should be seeking meaning and understanding. That's
exactly why I've become an anthropologist. Without understanding what
has made us humans tick biologically and historically, it's hard to
understand how we can "go on from here," spiritually, intellectually, or
emotionally.
Thank you for your reply. :-)
