Dear Friends, Patriots and the Children of Light --
Most every day between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM Eastern Time, the radio talk show hosted by J. Donald Imus reaches a listening audience of ten to twelve million people: the demographics of this group have long indicated that Imus In The Morning reaches people who a) read and follow, closely, the daily news; b) work as professionals or entrepreneurs; c) use their discretionary income for high-quality purchases and home ownership; d) rate exceptionally high on the scale of charitable giving and support.
Featured as a regular guest on Imus In The Morning, often with a regularly scheduled in-studio appearance in the headquarters studio of the show, at WFAN in New York, Richard "Bo" Dietl is one of the many witty and knowledgeable characters who make the Imus show so popular. As a former detective and "hero cop" of the New York City police department, Bo Dietl is well-known to the audiences of CNN, Fox News and MSNBC on cable. His views on criminal investigations and on terrorism and security are often sought, and he is always a colorful and controversial guest.
That is why Bo Dietl's appearance on the Imus In The Morning show on Monday, June 2nd, and his comments on the investigation of the disappearance of Laci Peterson, is so disheartening. That is why the savvy reader of Rumor Mill News has to employ their own critical judgement and their own discernment, to evaluate and sift out facts from rumor and innuendo in this incredible, bizarre and disturbing homicide.
Speaking, again, as a featured guest on Imus' show, Bo Dietl weighed in on the most recent developments in the Laci Peterson case: the subject included the unauthorized "visit" by Brent Rocha and other friends of his mother, Sharon Rocha, to the home occupied by Scott and Laci Peterson on Covena in Modesto. The "visit" wherein they took out of that house boxes of various items said to be Laci's personal effects, wicker furniture and a baby crib ( for the murdered unborn child, Conner ), clothing and other things sufficient to fill up four of the seven vehicles which arrived there. What Bo Dietl said about this has not been made available as a transcript ( at least not yet ), and it is his style to talk really fast and toss out his opinions as if they were facts and to add his views, whether sarcastic or not, whether accurate or not.
The gist of what he said, however, was twofold -- one, that the Rocha family had some "right" to obtain Laci's personal effects because they were her next-of-kin, and two, that this entry into a house which the Rocha family does not own and in which they have no proprietary interest was authorized by the District Attorney, the investigating authority on this bizarre homicide.
The cold, hard facts of the case, and the current standing of the Peterson murders, dispute what Richard "Bo" Dietl said, to the twelve million listeners and to the 300,000 or so viewers who follow Imus on MSNBC: either Bo Dietl, the acclaimed expert and "hero cop" who cracked some of New York City's worst killings, was woefully misinformed, or he deliberately lied. Bear in mind that Bo Dietl is now the Chairman of one of the most well-respected investigative agencies in the U.S. today.
Item: Dietl said that the kin of Laci Peterson, her brother and her half-sister included, have rights to her personal effects because they are the next-of-kin. That is patently false. Under California law, as can be determined by a reference to Web Law Review, and an article on Probate written by Wilma Aarons of Petrie & Associates:
"In California a probate proceeding is required to transfer your assets [i.e, after you die] consisting of real or personal property having a cumulative fair market value in excess of $100,000.00 and standing in your name alone.
"Excluded from the $100,000.00 are automobiles, mobile homes, joint tenancy assets, assets in trust ... life insurance benefits".
Having established that Laci Rocha Peterson is dead, under California law, Scott Peterson becomes the surivor in the Joint Tenancy. The fact that he is accused of her murder does not diminish his rights to adminster the property that they held together, until such time as he is lawfully convicted of a felony crime related to her death. Then and only then can property owned by Laci Peterson be probated or awarded by a court order, one which would necessarily exclude the convicted felon, and thus transferred to her next-of-kin or friends.
"Laci Peterson's family and friends acted first, though," writes Dave Jones of the Modesto Bee, "and took what they wanted Friday from the Covena Avenue house -- over the Peterson family's objections." This article from the Modesto Bee goes into considerable detail about what Scott Peterson wanted his parents, who are managing the house for him while he awaits his hearings from behind bars, to give to the Rocha family. It was posted early on May 31st on the Modesto Bee website.
Bo Dietl also said, on the Imus In The Morning show, that the Rocha family members who entered the Peterson home did so with the permission or approval of the District Attorney ( again, no transcript of this show is yet available, so this is a paraphrasing of what Dietl said ). That assertion is also flatly contradicted: writing for the Modesto Bee, also on May 31st, Garth Stapley reported --
"Stanislaus County Chief Deputy District Attorney John Goold said prosecutors had no legal authority over the house."
Additionally, that article in the Modesto Bee reported that "Laci Peterson's family ... had hired attorneys to help recover items from the house. A list included her wedding dress, jewelry and Conner's crib."
In the article by Jones, Scott Peterson's mother said that she and Scott's father had purchased some of the furniture for the baby's room, including the crib, while the Rocha family had purchased the bedding for baby Conner. Jackie Peterson also told the Bee that the "Rochas also had asked for Laci's fine china and stemware."
She also "described the china and stemware as wedding gifts to the couple, [thus] entitling Scott to keep them. She added that she and her husband bought most of the china, filling out the set after the wedding.
"There are no photos of Laci to turn over," reported the Modesto Bee. Jackie Peterson "said police took every one that included Laci, leaving four photos in the house. She said police also took most of Laci's clothing."
The Rocha family was quite specific in their demands for twenty or more items in the Peterson home, later revised to sixteen: and Laci's wedding dress was included. Now, this brings in yet another element of the bizarre, another of the strange facts which this case includes: Dave Jones reported that Jackie Peterson "revealed that the [wedding] dress was taken in a mid-January burglary at the house, during a weekend when Scott was in Los Angeles for a one-day search effort ...."
"A few days later, police said they had identified a suspect but did not report an arrest. They gave no name but described the suspect as someone known by the Petersons, and said the suspect was one of many people with access to the home.
"Jackie Peterson said her son got the wedding dress back, then had it cleaned and boxed."
Clearly stated in the excellent reporting done by the Modesto Bee and published online, are the facts of their Joint Tenancy, in the ownership of the home of Scott and Laci Peterson. Also clearly noted is the fact that Scott signed a power of attorney enabling his parents to manage the home while he was being held on the murder charges and awaiting his hearings. Clearly, this rankled the Rocha family, and further embittered them in what has become a most abysmal and dismally sad turn of events.
By raiding the Peterson home and flouting the law, with the police looking on and claiming that it is merely a 'civil matter' to be settled between the Rocha family and the Petersons, the embittered friends and relatives of Laci Peterson are reconfirming what 77 % of those who took a recent MSNBC survey said when asked: they think that Scott Peterson is guilty of murdering both his wife and his unborn son, and this before the autopsy results are fully disclosed, before any of his hearings under due process, before whatever legitimacy his trial may ever have can be established.
And by weighing in on this subject, the "hero cop" of New York City and Imus In The Morning fame does a complete disservice to the basic concepts of jurisprudence: furthermore -- Bo Dietl, by ridiculing the Satanic ritual aspects of this murder, and by deliberately misinforming ( or is it telling lies ? ) the twelve million radio listeners who favor Imus, about the true facts of the raid on Covena, has placed himself in the middle of the media elite and their "jihad" against Scott Peterson.
Under Joint Tenancy, Peterson acquired all of the property held together with Laci, and he signed a power of attorney naming his parents as the managers of the house and its contents, while he is facing these charges; the law clearly states that if he is convicted of her murder or in assisting in her murder, he will lose all of his rights as a Joint Tenant. When the Rocha family entered that house without the express permission of the Petersons, did they not commit criminal acts ?? Breaking and entering, misdemeanor vandalism, and burglary ? They carried out of that house, with the police watching and the cameras rolling, things which had been purchased both by Laci's maternal grandmother and by the Petersons. And they did so against the advice of their own hired counsel. In fact, their attorneys learned of this action from the Peterson's representatives and from the live news reports !!
What is doubly disturbing about all of this, is that Richard "Bo" Dietl is closely associated with George Pataki and the Republican leadership of the State of New York, now. He's not just a former cop and wannabe television star, he is not just a favored friend of the genius of morning-drive radio, Don Imus. When his expertise and his opinions are sought by all three of the twenty-four hour cable news operations, and his views are given with such gusto, passion and self-assurance, it isn't just filler, or "news fluff."
It's important in its own right.
And it is important that he get things right, and not misinform the public on such a crucial and high-profile murder investigation: Bo Dietl is too influential to be so cavalier.

Millions of dollars have been spent by the young people of the United States, in purchasing Heavy Metal rock music, much of which is shot through with Satanic imagery and lyrics. Hundreds of millions more have been spent to make, market, and enjoy movies created by Hollywood, with Satanic themes or imagery. Given those facts, how can so-called experts dispell the suspicion that Laci Peterson was murder in a Satanic scheme of revenge and ritual murder ??
Or perhaps Bo Dietl, the tough guy investigator and heroic officer of New York City, was deliberately telling lies to the listeners in order to further confuse and confabulate the real issue here ....
Which is, that, there are clear indications of ritual murder in the Satanic mode, clear indications of a human sacrifice being conducted. From the abduction on Christmas eve to the sighting of someone who looked like Laci Peterson, in a grocery store near the Washington-Oregon line, days after she went missing -- this bloody and wretched affair stinks of the Illuminati and of Satanic ritual murder. Scott Peterson doesn't "look" guilty, he looks "terrifed" -- or perhaps it is a kind of deep-seated panic and amnesia, or dare we say it ....
Mind control ??
