Subject: Correcting the "Facts" tenavision posted in the main reading room
http://www.rumormillnews.com/cgi-bin/config.pl?read=31483
> Fact, our forefathers declared themselves subjects of the king.
Correct, UNTIL they signed the Declaration of Independence.
> Fact, the king had lawful title to this land, our forefathers could not claim
what they never owned.
Incorrect, the king never had lawful title to the land. He had made
claim, but his claim was revoked with the Declaration of Independence.
Therefore, the claims made by the founders were, by common law, the
claim made on the land.
> Fact, the Revolutionary War was over taxation, not subjection to the king.
Incorrect. Read the Declaration of Independence. Taxation,
subjegation, and representation are all addressed.
> Fact, the king ceded the land above ground in the 1783 Peace Treaty to the
States.
He may have *thought* he ceded something, but the actual fact is that
the dispute was not resolved until 1787 with the retreat of the British
troops.
> Fact, the king did not cede the gold, silver and copper to the States.
He did not cede gold, silver or copper that had already been claimed.
He had no claim over natural resources in the colonies once the war had
ended and the Republic was Constitutionally organized.
> Fact, the king could not cede the minerals to the States
because of parties not yet born, and successors yet to serve future
kings of England, as a result of the Trust he created.
Granted, but only with regard to the minerals already claimed by the
crown.
> Fact, the inhabitants were not granted anything by the king.
Granted. We declared ourselves free of the crown upon the retreat of
British troops in 1787 and again in 1814. Complete retreat implies
defeat according to common law.
> Fact, since the king retained the mineral rights to America, no man, free or
otherwise had allodial title to his land, he was a mere tenant.
This is one of those urban myths that really needs to stop. We became
tenants with the creation of the illegal IRS and the Federal Reserve
system in the 20th century.
Before People buy into this kind of information, they need to READ the
Charters of Freedom and dig into their U.S. history a bit more.
Have we had unscrupulous dealings with the UK since the Republic was
formed? Yes, indeedy do. But that does not negate what our founders
did in actuality accomplish. Just because those who followed them
screwed things up "royally" does not mean that we have to assume it was
all a conspiracy from the beginning. They were political, and had
political dealings, to be sure, but it was not nearly so sordid as some
would falsely claim. It became sordid with the rise of the Illuminati
in the mid-19th Century. It is the Illuminati who have created this
duplicious system in which we are spoon-fed the idea that we live in a
free democracy when we actually live in, to use the term favored by
Patriotlad, a Timarchy.
It would do me proud to see this published in the main Reading Room.
Thanks for reading it.
