He is describing in great detail how he himself observes the chem-trail days over the area of Basle, Switzerland, which lies in the trinagle between France, Germany and Switzerland, with all its consequences and weather changing patterns. He then proceeds to give an excellent indepth look at how the US government denies the existence of this practice. A Matrix type study.
His deep research shows very well the pattern of lies, manipulations, psyops and the unlimited arrogance of the US government at home and abroad, and how the airforce (and presumably also the Space administration) developed the program for many years, designed to control the weather, (See also Lawgiver1 at Tylersword on STS107 mud stroms in Iraq) to slowly kill people all over the world while denying they do this.
The article is really too long to translate for me, and I believe we here at RMN know the entire story, since Christopher Bollyn's research is mentioned in this article by Mr Stetter.
Towards the end, Gabriel Stetter makes a very important remark of philosophical importance, probably addressed to Europeans but equally valid for Americans: He sees how the US military and non descript planes must be taking off from military bases, invading sovereignty space of other nations, and he points out that the observer should indeed trust his or her eyes when observing the exact procedure of the whitening skies as the poisons are discharged over the landscapes, and that the observer should not think he or she doesnt see or believe what is indeed being shown. In essence he points out that this issue should be taken up in international courts. He points out the liabilities issues and the complex ramifications. It is an excellent example of Matrix type thinking versus simple observation.

As a Swiss I can only suggest the Swiss government takes this to international levels, knowing full well the Swiss have caved in long ago. All they are interested in is if their companies - such as ABB - get a piece in the exercise called "rebuilding Iraq".
Excellent article by Gabriel Stetter, non-controversial, non-polemic, well researched, just listing the facts, and showing the overall dimension of US government's insanity.
