I for one think that under a global gold/silver standard, borders are bound to collapse anyway. I have nothing against a "world government" if it is an ethical one...
Alas, as long as we cannot get rid of the IMF/BIS/WB and Co, the UN will remain as dangerous as any other governemnt. Small or Big, size does NOT matter, is not an issue here.
I strongly am in favor to see rational philosophers and scientists being a part of any govt though.
