It is possible that now that the USA has said Iraq must comply with UN, then should France or Russia veto military action the USA cannot go ahead with a 'coalition of the willing'. Thus the USA bows to the UN.
On the other hand, should a veto be used the USA could destroy the credibility of the UN by going ahead anyway. However the USA would be on its own, as Blair would be in deep doodoo should he follow.
But then again the UN could sanction military action. This is what concerns me. I read some months ago on this board that a nuke had been planted under the UN building in New York. If the UN sanctions military action this could give 'them' the perfect excuse to detonate that nuke, and guess what? blame it on al-Qaeda.
By blowing up the UN Building in NY the 'world government' would need a new home. Rayelan has stated that she knows of a plan to have Jerusalem as the home of the world government. Now if the UN sanctions military action then the Middle East is likely to kick off, and something is likely to happen in Jerusalem. I was reading reports two years ago of the UN getting families of UN employees out of the Middle East (how's that for planning?)
And with a nuke going off in New York and a major part of the US Army in the Middle East, the UN will likely be called to police the USA.
But I can't think of how or why a world government could be set up in Jerusalem. I understand the Rothschilds own Jerusalem. It could be that the UN sanctioning military action would kick off the 'clash of civilizations', or rather 'clash of religions'; christianity, judaism and islam, all focused on Jerusalem. And so in order to cease hostilities the three leaders of those three religions agree to house a world government in Jerusalem.
