SUMMARY
I'm going to tie all the loose ends together in this part and summarize the many different areas I've discussed.
Intelligent Transportation
I have occasionally mentioned intelligent transportation, because several of the individuals and companies I have discussed have been dedicated to this goal. I stated above that tolls are part of an overall "intelligent transportation" plan to enable the government to track citizens' movements. The easiest way to pay for these tolls is to buy a transponder that automatically debits the car owner's bank account. Recall that transponders are used to track things, which is why the WTC terrorists turned them off their hijacked planes. TCA gave the contract to design, install and maintain the manual and electronic toll collection system to the government defense contractor Lockheed Martin. Recall also that DOT Secretary Mineta was involved with the awarding of this contract to his new employer, Lockheed. According to their website, SCDOT also gave Lockheed the contract to collect tolls on their Cross Island Expressway on Hilton Head Island (where the Democrats have their liberal NWO Renaissance Weekend).
Some may be skeptical of what I'm saying, but auto manufacturers already offer options to track the car buyer: Ford has a program called RESCU (Remote Emergency Satellite Cellular Unit); GM has OnStar; Rockwell and ADT have a nationwide security satellite system available for cars. Space does not permit me to go into detail here but just do some Internet searches.
There is an international move towards toll roads and consequently satellite toll collection. China has been one of the leaders with 26 toll roads, because it allows tracking of its citizens. Argentina has 23; the U.S. leads the way with 49. As of 1998 every road in the European Union is subject to toll collection-they are testing GPS systems now for toll collection and will probably soon be ahead.
Another excuse for the tracking of vehicles will be to tax the driving public for highway maintenance. If the government can track how many miles an individual drives, it can "more fairly and accurately" tax each individual for highway usage. This has already been proposed in the United Kingdom (The Guardian, 2/25/02) and even Oregon.
Remember also how Al Gore said he wanted to outlaw the combustion engine. The following long excerpt (GPS World, 4/96) perfectly illustrates how these socialists have planned to take away your freedom, your cars and track your every move:
"On a bright spring morning in 2005, Mary Smith boards the metro rail near her downtown apartment...[W]hen Mary disembarks from the train, she inserts her smart card into one of the small electric station cars parked in the 'preferred lot' and drives to work...When she takes her smart card out of the car, her account is automatically billed, and the car becomes available for the next user.
"After work, she will be in a hurry to get home...so a half-hour before she leaves she uses the office computer to reserve a nearby station car. That car will now respond only to her smart card. She knows how to find it because the computer has told her exactly where it is, and the status light on the car will indicate that it is reserved. She drives that car back to the metro station where it is almost immediately taken out by a suburban commuter home early from work. On her trip back into the city, Mary notices how many other reverse commuters there are on the train now that city people like her can conveniently reach suburban jobs.
"On a cool, overcast day late in September 1994, 11 years before Mary's busy day was made easier by that multimodal system, a group of transportation professionals, including ourselves, gathered around a dark-green compact vehicle parked in the driveway of the National Academy of Sciences, Woods Hole, Massachusetts, conference facility...The car, which had been transformed into an electric vehicle (EV), commanded our attention. A few young men in the group, students from the University of Nevada Reno (UNR), were busy explaining the concept of this Instant-Rent-A-Car (IRAC) to a distinguished group of professors, administrators, and researchers who were meeting at the facility to discuss innovative transportation research projects. The students demonstrated how the little car could be rented on the spot with the equivalent of a credit car. A computer on the porch of the conference center displayed the GPS-derived location of the vehicle and information on its availability or rental status.
"At dinner that night, we excitedly talked about how this technology could open up new possibilities-how it could enable us to build a truly intermodal transportation system and make life better for busy Americans like Mary Smith."
Corrupt Liberal Politicians Have Caused More Environmental Damage Than Joe Six-pack
I can just picture the bunch of little college nerds in the above article, trying to impress their socialist professors and Al Gore-type bureaucrats, plotting in Teddy Kennedy country how they can take away Joe Six-pack's V-8 SUV to make him drive some wimpy EV, while tracking his every move and his bank accounts. They think his freedom is worth less than that of some green-backed horny toad in Timbuktu that is supposedly threatened by Joe's SUV.
Even though these environmentalists are doubtless unconcerned about the billions in tax dollars that their corrupt liberal Democrats have stolen through highway fraud, they can't see that their leaders' corruption has probably caused more environmental destruction than all the SUVs in America combined.
In another example of the move towards the cashless society and total monitoring of individuals, in Texas five McDonalds will allow the use of motorists' toll passes to pay for their food in the drive-through. In Argentina drivers' can now pay for gas with their toll pass.
While I could find no evidence that Richard Carr, the man behind the fraud of the Southern Connector in S.C., was directly involved in intelligent transportation, he associated with some of the NWO company players in that arena. For instance, he was on the Industrial Advisory Council of the Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering Department of California State Polytechnic University in Ponoma. He served with representatives from companies such as GM, Lockheed Martin, Rockwell International, TRW, Northrop Grumman and Boeing. Likewise, Pat Stricklin of Flatiron served on committees with the same crowd. He was on the "CERF Ad Hoc Committee on Construction Industry Needs for 2000 and Beyond." Some of his co-members were from companies such as GM, Bechtel, 3M Traffic Control and Walt Disney. They covered some very interesting topics in one of their meetings, such as: changing human behavior, geo-spatial mapping (military), public relations, embedded sensors, wireless equipment, OrbComm style tracking systems, and "analyzing the massive changes that the coming introduction of intelligent devices will make on both the systems and tools the industry uses..." Greg Henk, the VP of Flatiron, built the nation's first full-speed electronic toll collection system, the E-470 Public Highway Authority in Colorado.
Agenda 21 and Traffic Calming-More from UN/Committee of 300
While not directly pertaining to the subject of this paper, I want to briefly mention another movement heavily promoted by its inventors, the UN and Olympians, because it is another arm of their plan to completely control each individual's transportation. Agenda 21 arose out of the 1992 Rio Earth Summit. It calls for sustainable development of local communities, which includes a reduction in car traffic through the use of speed bumps, stop signs and other measures (commonly referred to as traffic calming), to discourage efficient transportation. This is consistent with the Committee of 300's goal of restricting efficient technology, such as nuclear power, to drive mankind back to the feudal system. Not coincidentally, traffic calming was born in the Netherlands in 1970.
The excuse for this move is clearly revealed in a UN paper (Economic and Social Council, 6/22/98), which starts out: "ECE Governments and non-governmental organizations are invited to undertake campaigns to improve the safety of vulnerable road users...
"Vulnerable road users are generally defiened (sic) as pedestrians, cyclists and mopedists...The most vulnerable are pedestrian children, elderly people and the handicapped who deserve particular attention...
"Dangerous traffic divides communities and destroys social cohesion. It discourages people from making short local journeys on foot and cuts people off even from those who live on the other side of their street..."
To alleviate this "condition" the UN suggests traffic calming. These policies are not only being implemented across America, but across the globe, in countries like China, France, and across the African continent. Major funding for this movement has come from the World Bank, with programs such as "Afribike."
All of these various environmental programs are different legs of the same enslaving environmental movement. Another example is so-called "smart-growth," which is the Hegelian answer to the created problem of "urban sprawl" which was designed to necessitate an enslaving solution. Smart-growth further reduces property rights by restrictive, communistic regulations wherein the government tells landowners what they can do with their property. The aforementioned real estate company Trammell Crow has been involved with the promotion of smart-growth.
The End of the Rule of Law
In 1215 the king of England signed the Magna Carta, when a group of barons demanded that citizens had rights and that the king must abide by law. When America rebelled against England in 1776, they were merely preserving the liberties won in the Magna Carta, five centuries before. The Constitution went even one step further. Whereas the Magna Carta was an agreement between a king and his subjects, the Constitution defined the relationship between citizens and their own elected, limited government.
When President Bill Clinton lied under oath and the Senate failed to remove him from office, this was like an official announcement by Clinton and his Olympian backers to American citizens: 800 years of the rule of law since the Magna Carta were over.
For now we face a situation where unelected bureaucrats, at the behest of the Olympians, are illegally taxing American citizens for highway construction and giving the contracts to their European companies. As discussed above, some brave citizens are taking legal action, and time and again judges rule against them. Even though they appeal, the bureaucrats move forth with their construction as though it were legal. Suppose by some fluke that ultimately an appeal is won-by then the projects will be built. Is the government going to tear the projects down? Will the taxpayers be compensated? Will the bureaucrats and companies go to jail? Not hardly.
The Illuminati Come Out of the Closet
As illustrated above, the Illuminati are not afraid to make their plans public as they have become more confident of their success. This is similar to the recent trend for homosexual celebrities to reveal their hidden sins, as their movement becomes bolder and bolder. At this point our story takes an even more wicked path. I already mentioned how HBG/Flatiron's Pat Stricklin was in charge of construction of the Denver International Airport, which was a $5 billion fraud. I don't know exactly what his role was in the following, but his supervision of the DIA project implicates him by association. There are grotesque, macabre murals inside the DIA. On one side are murals representing death and destruction, with pictures of extinct species and three dead women in coffins (click here to view). The women are from three different races: a Native American, an African (click here for closeup) and a white woman with a Bible and the star of David, apparently representing the Christians and Jews (click here for closeup). The painter is depicting the genocide of these races. In complete contrast, on the other side of the lobby are pictures of a man dressed in full Scottish Freemasonry regalia, which represents Utopia and the perfect society. The message is one of moving from an imperfect society to a perfect society, which in the minds of these New World Order proponents will require eradicating all the races they deem imperfect, just like Hitler. Another picture in the airport appears to represent the anti-Christ (click here to view). It is a portrait of a fierce-looking giant with a gas mask, sword and assault rifle. He is killing a white dove, which represents peace, with his sword.
At least some of the murals were painted by Leo Tanguma, a socialist painter. It is said that directions for the basic theme of the murals was handed to the artist(s) who worked off general instructions from parties unknown.
The DIA was built by the New World Airport Commission and has a masonic capstone laid by the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge and the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Colorado (click here to view). The former is what blacks call their masonic lodge, and the latter is the name of white lodges. Masons have told me that traditionally, since masonry was only for white people, blacks spied on them to get their masonic rituals, and that they are thus not officially masons. The two bodies normally don't associate with one another, but their collaboration in building the DIA suggests that they are moving one step closer towards cooperating for a one-world government. Actually, however, the two groups met together for "informal co-operation" as early as 1923 in New Jersey, and later in 1944 in New York (www.freemasonry.org/psoc/phmyths.htm).
I should mention that throughout this investigation I ran into evidences of the involvement of freemasonry. For example, Richard Carr is a member of the Masonic lodge/Nanja shrine. I don't know if Stricklin is but the fact that he managed the DIA construction, which was built by the New World Airport Commission and the white and black masonic lodges of Colorado, would suggest that he is. A non-mason would be very unlikely to get that position.
One of the theories on the origins of masonry is that it formed out of trade guilds in medieval Europe. In order to learn a trade one had to join a guild. It is much the same today. In many cases, in order to get a job or win a contract one has to be a mason. With masons in key governmental positions, they can award contracts to masonic-affiliated companies which share their world-view, and any mason in such a position who refused to do what he was told would suffer the consequences. This is key to the ability of such secret societies to advance their NWO agenda: disguised as an international "fraternity", members are conditioned to honor any brother's request without question. However, in spite of the above, statements such as "the masons rule the world in a secret conspiracy" are oversimplified because they ignore the documented role of the numerous other (semi) secret organizations such as the Milner Group, Round Table Groups, Thule Society, etc.
A detailed discussion of the origins of masonry and its beliefs is beyond the scope of this paper. However, suffice to say that unfortunately many Christians are masons-indeed, in early colonial times only Christians could join. But as one former mason told me, true masonry has been infiltrated and displaced by what he terms "pseudo-masons." Books lamenting such a takeover have been written, like William Guy Carr's Pawns in the Game. (1958).
One of masonry's publicly-stated goals is to internationalize Jerusalem as the capital of the world's three "greatest" religions, Christianity, Islam and Judaism (Robinson, 1989), as they consider all religions equal. This is also one of the goals of the UN. One high-ranking ex-mason who retired from the Pentagon confirmed masonry's NWO goals and said that were he to state this publicly, his former mason friends would cause him great harm. But many are seeing its true goal of a one-world government and quitting. High-ranking ex-masons who felt convicted by the Holy Spirit and left masonry have confirmed this.
As this report has documented, Charleston, S.C. has been a center of NWO activities, such as those spearheaded by Prince Charles. Coincidentally, the first masonic temple built in America temple was in Philadelphia in 1734, and the next year the Solomon's Lodge of Charleston received its charter from the Grand Lodge of England. Also of interest, the man who wrote the encyclopedic History of Freemasonry, Albert Mackey, was from Charleston and Grand Secretary of Scottish Rite Freemasonry. Some people have speculated that Charleston is such a hub of masonic activity because it is located almost exactly on 33o of latitude, a number with extreme symbolic significance to masonry, which awards a maximum of 33 degrees.
What's interesting is that the three European construction firms I have discussed which got so many contracts, Skanska, Balfour Beatty and HBG, are all members of another type of guild in Europe. It is called ENCORD, which stands for the European Network of Construction Companies for Research and Development. Dr. John Coleman has discussed how masons only get contracts in Britain and have formed their own guilds which are controlled by the Queen of England.
In addition, there is another guild organization called the Trade Association for British International Contractors. The VP is the managing director for Balfour Beatty. A Skanska subsidiary is also a member. The Group is a member of the European International Contractors, which is recognized by the European Commission and the World Bank as the representative body for European contractors.
Why Is the Society of Jesus Interested in Chinese Steel?
Previously I referenced a book by a Jesuit priest, William T. Hogan, who wrote The Steel Industry of China: Its Present Status and Future Potential. The natural questions arise: "What does this have to do with spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ? Why would a Jesuit priest travel to China at an advanced age and write such a book?"
The foreward to the book was written by the president of China's Central Iron and Steel Research Institute, who calls Hogan his "respected American friend." Hogan, a steel expert, is founder and director of the Industrial Economics Research Institute at Fordham University. During his career he has produced studies for the anti-American UN and World Bank.
The Jesuits were started in the 16th century by Ignatius Loyola, who was a gnostic. At one point the order was expelled by the Pope for heretical activities. Historically it was been against Catholic law to become a mason, but this has changed in recent years as the Jesuits have taken over the Catholic Church. The long-term goal of the Jesuits has been to combine freemasonry with Catholicism. Malachi Martin was once a Jesuit priest and left the order after discovering the truth about the Jesuits. The Jesuits have been behind numerous Marxist revolutionary activities across the globe, for example supporting the spread of communism in Latin America.
Thanks to expert advisors like Hogan, he predicts (1999) that by 2010 the Chinese will still be the world's leading steel producer and will also be able to produce high-quality steel, which they cannot do at this time. In light of these facts, Hogan's motivations become clear as we see that a number of powerful global forces, not just the masons, are cooperating to strengthen China and destroy America as they march towards a one-world government.
The Committee of 300, a/k/a the Olympians
As previously mentioned, Dr. John Coleman, former member of Britain's MI6 intelligence service, has written many books and papers about a secret organization he dubbed the "Committee of 300" (Coleman, 1997). This society is composed of ancient European, super rich, elite families. Most are descendants from the Black Nobility of Venice, such as the Guelphs. The British monarchy is related to the Guelphs. This organization exerts control over the myriad of secret societies across the globe, of which the masons and Jesuits are just a part. Most of the members are satanists who desire to decrease the world's population and rule the world with a one-world government. They believe that they are genetically superior, which in their minds justifies their existence and right to rule the world. The DIA murals are a perfect portrayal of the world as the Olympians would like to see it.
There is one small obstacle preventing their attaining this goal, however. That is the Christian nation of America; the last bastion of freedom and the world's only remaining superpower. The Olympians will do anything in their power to destroy America. It is purely by the grace of God that they have not done so by now. Dr. Coleman wrote in 1984 that one of the Committee's goals was to destroy America's steel industry. The reason for this is because a nation without a strong steel industry, capable of producing high quality steel, cannot continue to defend herself. Imagine how strong America would be if our tanks, ships and planes had metal of the same quality as the Titanic. The importation of inferior, foreign scrap and finished steel products is part of their plan to destroy our steel industry and thus America itself.
Insiders in the steel industry also told me another way in which the Olympians accomplished this task. Much of the foreign steel that is being produced overseas comes from steel mills that were built in the Third World with U.S. taxpayer dollars, funded through the World Bank. The World Bank and IMF are controlled by the Committee of 300 and they used our tax dollars, through this unconstitutional organization, to subsidize cheap foreign competition to our steel mills. At the same time they pushed "free trade" policies in the U.S., knowing that the combination of the two would be too much for our steel industry to bear.
Consider the following statistic: the annual U.S. production of pig iron and iron/alloys peaked in 1973, which was 1.5 times our 1950 production rate. Meanwhile, the annual global production rate peaked in 1997, which was four times the global 1950 rate (Burgo, 1999).
Throughout this investigation, I continually happened upon interesting "coincidences." For example, as previously documented, the port city of Charleston, S.C. is a headquarters for the Olympians, one of whose goals was to destroy the U.S. steel industry. One of their methods was through the importation of steel scrap, and it just so happens that Charleston is the number one port in America for the importation of steel scrap. As of September 2002, 39% of our scrap was imported through Charleston (USGS, 2003).
According to U.S. officials, 32 U.S. steel firms have gone bankrupt since the mid-1990s. As another example, Cincinnati Milacron was the biggest machine tool company in the world for about 100 years, and is now only a shadow of its former self. In the last couple of decades they realized that plastics were their only hope and have switched over to primarily producing plastics.
One way they accomplished this was to take advantage of the fact that traditional, high-quality blast furnaces cannot be cut on and off-they must run continuously for years in order to be productive. By manipulation of the American economy the Globalists forced our superior, traditional steel industry into bankruptcy because it is uneconomical to continuously run the high-quality furnaces. This favors the smaller "mini-mills" which utilize low-quality scrap/DRI. It may be too late to start them back up again.
In particular the European nations have been subsidizing their steel industry for some time, and "dumping" their steel on the U.S. This means that they are selling steel for less than it cost to manufacture. The sole reason for doing so is to simply destroy our steel industry. As of this writing our steel mills are at sixty-some-odd percent capacity. They cannot stay in business much longer at this rate.
In addition to the Olympians' effort to destroy America's steel industry, I hope that I have offered ample evidence of their takeover of our highway construction as well. By directly utilizing cheap foreign steel in their own construction, by importing it for use by American contractors, and by political means in lowering our Buy America standards for steel products, they have managed to sabotage America's infrastructure system. Who can now say which bridges are in danger of collapse, especially during an earthquake, because inferior materials were used?
As mentioned previously, the British monarchy/Olympians have strong ties to China. Therefore it is logical that they would use China to help destroy America. The strategy comes out of Sun Tzu's book "The Art of War." They have utilized the long-term plan of slowly destroying America. Our steel industry was not crippled overnight. It cannot be fixed overnight, if indeed it can be fixed at all. Destroying our steel manufacturing was just one part of their program. Other sectors to be destroyed were the housing and automobile manufacturing industries. In addition they have degraded our culture through smuggling drugs into America, promoting pornography, homosexuality, etc. in the entertainment fields, and by similar psyop methods.
