I don't think the efficiency has been announced yet. That is measured as COP or Coefficient of Performance. Any COP greater than 1.0 is "overunity" or giving out more than is put in.
The V1 in Naudin's diagram is the energy you put in. As I noted the diagram refers to the MEG... I put it up because it gives the basic principle of SUCH devices, and also because it is cool.
