Who is this man, Dr. Morgan? And how does he know this? And is he being truthful, or just using this oppourtunity to bash the Bush White House (un-elected Bush regime - phrase used by many leftist democrats)? How did he gain access to the HAARP generated ground radar returns of Iraq? And would this method even uncover any such hidden underground storage facilities as mentioned in the article?
