Hi Rayelan, I personally inspected the HAARP generated ground radar returns of Iraq and there is no evidence of underground stockpiles of chemical or biological weapons. The following statement is NOT true! "Please contact Rayelan Allan and pass her information that: IRAQ has constructed large underground storage facilities to stock pile many weapons and chemicals which are far away from main center of inspections. These facilities are deep under the sand and using plastic covers, that will not show up on any detection equipment." Very truly yours, Dr. Morgan In another email, Dr. Morgan says: We have personally viewed the Naval Intelligence ground penetrating radar's scans (HAARP) and Iraq has NO WMD's hidden ANYWHERE. The CIA et.al. have been endlessly destroying these stock piles for the past ten years plus. As stated, there is absolutely no bona fide reason for the un-elected Bush regime to be waging a constitutionally illegal war against Iraq and it's people.
