As a result of things that happened on the Forum in the last week, I have decided that there are going to be some changes made. Some of the changes will be effective immediately. Others will take time to implement.
In the last week there has been more dissension on the Forum that there has been since the beginning when we were attacked by a man whose writing style was almost identical to that of John Galt's.
Not only did I have to close down the forum as a result of his attacks, but when we came back up, in the form we now have, the agents had to have passwords to be able to post.
I allowed all the old agents to come back, but all NEW agents were screened. In the last month, I approved a number of new people very rapidly. I did NOT screen them.
Some of these new agents have caused a great deal of trouble, strewn fear amoung our readers and agents, issued threats that closely resemble death threats, and have done all manner of other disgusting and reprehensible things!
In the last week there have been two threats of lawsuits on this forum.
One threat was made by Oswald LeWinter against me, and the other threat was made by an alias of Oswald LeWinter against MKZombie, one of the NEW agents.
MK Zombie was brought on board because John Galt kept telling me that his friend, MK was an excellent researcher and I should let him post on the Forum. John Galt had not yet shown his true colors when I allowed MK Zombie to come on board.
Getting back to Le winter and the lawsuits. Both of these lawsuits came about as a direct result of the information that was posted by John Galt AND MK Zombie. Does anyone see a thread developing here? Sort of a "tag team" that was sent in to post information that could get me sued... and then have me sued!
I have been on the phone the last several days with lawyers. Fortunately I have Prepaid Legal and it didn't cost me anything to get their advice.
First, if I am sued by LeWinter for calling him a current disinformation agent, it is a lawsuit that the Prepaid Legal lawyers will defend -- for free - that is what the Prepaid Legal plan is about -- (Anyone who doesn't have this kind of protection in these lawsuit crazy days -- is crazy!)
However, I was informed today that there are OTHER things that I CAN be sued over!! And the Agents who post on this forum need to know that THEY can be sued also!!
What are these other things??
Actually, there is only ONE I want to write about! It is stealing articles from other websites!!
I was informed today that the Los Angeles Times has successfully set the precedent for this kind of lawsuit! I was instructed to NO LONGER ALLOW ARTICLES FROM OTHER NEWSPAPERS OR WEBPAGES TO BE PLACED ON THE RUMOR MILL NEWS FORUM!
STARTING IMMEDIATELY --
NO ARTICLES FROM OTHER NEWSPAPERS OR WEBPAGES ARE TO BE POSTED ON THE FORUM -- UNLESS PERMISSION IS GIVEN BY THE OWNER OF THE ARTICLE
The prefered way of posting articles from other newspapers or websites it to write a comment about the article -- and then post the link.
SECOND POINT!!
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY -- ALL AGENTS FOR WHOM I DO NOT HAVE A WORKING EMAIL ADDRESS WILL BE DELETED UNTIL I HAVE A WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM!!
I needed to contact an agent immediately regarding a post. I could not reach her because she had a nonworking email address! Because I could not reach her to understand WHY she posted a piece that defamed Gunther, I deleted the piece, not knowing that someone had already come to my defense and was writing a rebuttal for me!!
If I cannot reach an agent, due to a non-working email address, then they will be deleted. If they want their priviliges restored they will have to email me. This will accomplish two things --
One: They will be told about the new policies, and
Two: I will have a working email address.
FINAL COMMENT:
As many of you have seen -- the charges of censorship are flying wildly!
And as usual the people who are hurling the charges are using the word improperly!
A newspaper or magazine chooses to publish the things it chooses to publish! Is that censorship? Does the ADL publish articles that condemn Jews and support Adolf Hitler in each and every newsletter they send out?
Does the Sierra Club publish articles, written by corporations, that attack envirowhackos?
Do Christian newsletters allow Satanists to extoll the virtues of human sacrifice in each and every issue of their news letters? I could go on, but I think you get the point!
If I don't like an article and I choose to delete it, I don't call it censorship. People who are bent on destroying Rumor Mill News are calling it that to try to make new readers believe that Rumor Mill News censors what its Agents post on the Forum.
I don't call this censorship. I call it protecting myself from lawsuits, and deleting hate for hate's sake!
In the last week, a battle between Rumor Mill News -- this means me, Rayelan; and two agents who have never told us who they are -- they just use aliases - has dominated the forum.
This meant that many excellent articles were NOT read because the "flame war" that was going on was FAR more interesting!!
The Forum "flame war" has now escalated into a war of emails to me, to other agents, and to the "Emails to the Editor" webpage.
The threats, the name calling and sick emails I am receiving make me want to shut all of this down! It makes me sick to realize that there are such sick minds in the world, and sadly, in public these "sick men" appear perfectly normal.
I see the lies they are spreading, I realize I do not have the time to write an articles which expose the lies, and I want to cry!
I have spent almost 20 years of my life trying to wake up the American people and show them that we are heading for a One World government that will make slaves of all of us! And now I am accused of being part of the very thing I have worked so long to expose and destroy! And I ask myself, "why do I do this? Why do I keep letting myself be publicly raped and humiliated everyday?"
The people who are causing disruption on the forum were SENT to cause disruption and break my spirit. They are doing a very good job. They WANT to see me hurt, they WANT to see me cry. They WANT me shut down Rumor Mill News and go away. That was why they were sent here!
But I am NOT going to give them the pleasure of seeing me fold up and walk away. If they want to get rid of me, they are going to have to figure out another way! These kinds of attacks don't work, they just make me change they way things are done and dig in my heels harder.
And so....
The old way that the Rumor Mill News Forum was set up is NO LONGER working. Changes are going to be made soon!
Many agents already know that a different Forum is being created... It will be an EDITORIAL Forum -- And the agents who have been selected for this forum will be Editors in charge of the area about which they are most knowledgable. This is the way normal newspaper run! I have not yet contacted ALL the agents who will be invited, so if you haven't received your invitation, don't get your feelings hurt... not yet anyway!
And I am NOT choosing these people myself. There is already an Editorial Board, and it is this board who will choose the Editors.
As for the present forum -- I will no longer allow Rumor Mill News, nor its founders to be attacked while I am paying the bills. If people want to attack me, then I suggest they start their own forums. An attack on Rumor Mill News, Rayelan or Gunther will get you deleted immediately -- and ALL of your posts will be archived for evidence!
Occasionally a newspaper will run an article by someone who is attacking them. But they DON'T run articles EVERYDAY that attack them! I aks all the "sleeper" agents who are on this forum and who have been "triggered" into action by John Galt or MK Zombie -- Please Go somewhere else.
I started the Rumor Mill News forum so we could assemble ALL the pieces of the puzzle and maybe figure out what was going on. I have allowed every race, creed, color and mindset to post here. I have NOT censored what they said -- unless I was sure they were posting "useless" information or "disinformation".
I even allowed attacks on me and Gunther to be posted because I had the time to take them apart -- bit by bit -- and prove that the venomous lies were LIES!
I now realize that I invited people to become part of the Forum, whose only purpose is to destroy the forum and me! I am working far more hours than most people in America work! This means I have NO free time to spend writing articles that will refute the lies. So from now on, Rumor Mill News is going to act like any other newspaper. The editor will pick and choose the articles that will stay up!
If you don't like it! Then you can start your own forum!
I am trying very hard not to let a few rotten apples spoil Rumor Mill News!
