HAARP is capable of massive environment damage to the ionosphere. This is what most people focus on when discussing HAARP, but what some are not aware of is HAARP's ability to cause "Mental" disruptions.
HAARP can transmit a mutliplexed signal and in fact when it was easier to monitor (wider foot print during the first year or two), that was the type of signal that we observed it using. Each of the "channels" within the multiplexed signal can be modulated at the desired frequencies and varying amplitudes. This type of signal is why it is possible to "stimulate" various regions of the Upper Plasma layers at their resonate frequencies and form the "Lens and Mirror" which focus and "bend" the signal back to the selected target area on Earth while the "Carrier Frequency" remains unchanged and continues on it's "path" to the target with the OTHER modulated frequencies of choice within the multiplexed signal.
J.M.R. Delgado performed extensive research into brain wave phenomena under various government financing projects. By 1975 much of this information was incorporated into a Stanford research project which eventuated into an experiment which made possible TWO WAY, WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE BRAIN.
Basically, an EEG machine was interfaced with a receiver, computer and directional antenna. The antenna was aimed at the test subject and the brain wave patterns were received, read by the EEG and the product feed into the computer. The computer then had a "record" of given brain wave patterns for specific "thoughts" of the specific individual.
The researchers soon determined that they could "read the mind" of the test subject by means of WIRELESS reception.
NEXT the researchers interfaced a TRANSMITTER with the compter and had a directional antenna attached to the transmitter. The computer would then select the appropriate brain wave simulations for a selected "thought", send the simulations to the transmitter which amplified the signal and transmitted the "thought pattern" to the test subject.
Soon after that the computer interfacing system was used to "read the thoughts" and "transmit thoughts" back to the test subject. Two way WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS was established with the test subject.
In 1975, computer "power" was not as formidable as it is today, yet the test subject was unable to detect that it was communicating with a computer. The computing speeds were sufficient to simulate human communications speeds and the test individual believed he was communicating with another human being in a "real environment".
TODAY computing "power" (speeds) are much higher than in 1975. Maser based transmitting systems (microwave) can be modulated with the same brainwave frequencies as the lower HAARP, land based, multiplexed signal. There are several "systems" in existence which are capable of being directed at individuals OR populations which can "affect" the human thinking process.
