You went to the effort of creating a hyperlink for Don Bradley's piece on supposed "concentration camps" in California, but did not know a link which followed it showed it to be a hoax [which, as I said previously, does not dismiss the idea of "camps" in general as out of hand]? Okie-doke.
You say you did no editing to obtain the phrase, "Commentary on the Concentration Camps By Don From the Report Re: Electronic Surveillance of American Citizens." That's interesting, because the above phrase does not exist in the text.
The phrase, "Commentary on the Concentration Camps By Don," only exists in the text of his link; the other, "From the Report Re: Electronic Surveillance of American Citizens," is taken from a separate link--from the one I wrote.
The two phrases were artificially connected; some call that editing.
