In Response To: Evolutionary Process from Laser to Maser Weapons (vince)

Vince: Having a President or Presidential candidate debate the use of electromagnetic weapons systems possible use on the population would be nice, but I don't hold out much hope for it. The current "list" of annointed ones are part of the system. They DESIRE power over people and have been selected for their possible "qualities" to hoodwink the public while devices are constructed which will enslave or destroy them. Somewhere "out there" is someone with the "key" that would enable this dangerous topic to become public. Hopefully this series of talks on HAARP that you have initiated will come to the "eye" of that individual, or one who knows of such an individual. HAARP is the weapon of the future. It can be used for MANY things, constructive, destructive and ENSLAVING. Once it it fully operational in the "refined" mode, it will be too late. Don
