"BINLADIN WAS CHENEY’S HALLIBURTON’S VENTURE PARTNER!
I realize I've been kind of beating around the "Bush" with this and it sometimes can be difficult to extract all key points from some of my more labyrinthian posts, so I'm just going to come out and say it as clearly as I can.
Cheney had been the CEO of HALLIBURTON since 1995 until he took up residence at his latest exclusive business address at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.
The SAUDI BINLADIN GROUP (SBG) is Osama Bin Laden's Family's business commonly referred to as Binladin.
Until recently, before they graciously withdrew, Binladin was a partner in the Carlyle Group along with Bush Sr. and Frank Carlucci.
Before that Bush had been open to criticism of "Trading with the Enemy".
Osama Bin Ladin is NOT estranged from his family.
In fact, he and his family have been long-term business associates of the Bushs'; at least since backing W. Bush's Harken Energy company in the 1980's.
Osama Bin Laden has also been a CIA asset instrumental in fighting the Russians in Afghanistan in the 1980's.
He, the CIA and Pakistani Intelligence formed The Taliban.
In the 1990's The Taliban was an intregal part in the pipeline project, (the CENTGAS Consortium), that was to go from Turkmenistan through Afghanistan and Pakistan to the Indian Ocean to get oil and gas to China and Japan.
The Taliban was to provide "the stable government" to enable the pipeline project to proceed.
The principle company that was involved in the CENTGAS Consortium was Unocal, which interestingly enough evolved from Standard Oil.
Standard Oil was one of the companies cited for "Trading With The Enemy" by the US government during WWII.
Also cited was The Harriman company that Prescott Bush, W. Bush's grandfather ran.
Harriman became Brown and Root now part of Halliburton.
These companies, along with a bank that Bush was involved in during WWII, greatly financed and supplied Hitler preferentially over the Allies.
History does repeat itself.
Anyway, The Taliban, headed by Osama Bin Laden, was even brought to Houston, Texas in 1997 to discuss this pipeline deal.
The pipeline project had some difficulties after the American embassies were bombed in Africa in August 1998.
Thereafter, it was said many times that someone else would have to "provide a stable government" for the pipeline project to proceed.
Although the FBI was supposed to be tracking OBL and his financial dealings since the Embassy bombings; this was consistently blocked by Bush and Phil Gramm.
The "disappeared" Binladin website listed H C PRICE as their venture partner.
As I mentioned before this happened on September 27th as I was writing Part 3 of The Silk Road Series.
However, I had recorded the information from the website in various ways so I can reproduce it.
Projects that Binladin and HC PRICE were venture partners in were 2 pipelines they built for Enron; the Northern Border Pipeline and the Florida Gas Pipeline Project.
HC Price is a Halliburton company.
THEREFORE UNTIL RECENTLY, CHENEY'S HALLIBURTON AND BINLADIN WERE VENTURE PARTNERS WHO HAD DONE PROJECTS FOR ENRON.
My previous posts, including December 5ths, detail the connections between Enron, the Bushes and others in the White House.
THEREFORE, THOSE IN THE WHITE HOUSE HAVE BEEN BUSINESS PARTNERS WITH BINLADIN FOR YEARS.
THIS SAME GROUP OF PEOPLE AND COMPANIES HAVE BEEN CONSISTENTLY TRADING WITH THE ENEMY AT LEAST SINCE WWII.
THIS IS MORE THAN A CONFLICT OF INTEREST.
THIS IS TREASON!
Now, “The Family” excels in secrecy and deception so it is very difficult to follow its’ dealings.
However, I have tracked Binladin's publicly acclaimed Business Venture Partner, H C Price to Halliburton.
Bredaro Price was an HC Price company.
In 1993 Dresser bought HC Price.
In 1996 Dresser and Shaw Industries Ltd. of Canada merged Bredaro Price and Shaw Pipe Protection to form Bredaro-Shaw.
Dresser was then acquired by Halliburton.

The Gas Pipeline Group
Enron's Gas Pipeline Group owns interests in four interstate pipelines, operates 32,000 miles of pipelines in 21 states and transports 15 percent of U.S. natural gas. Returns are strong and stable from the group, which produces consistent earnings and cash flow. In 1999 the group had income before interest and taxes (IBIT) of $380 million, or 19 percent of Enron's overall IBIT. Natural gas pipelines and their storage facilities are a key component of Enron's energy strategy.
Florida Gas Transmission
Florida Gas Transmission, the sole interstate natural gas pipeline serving peninsular Florida, is the fastest growing system in North America. With a surge in state population and demand for gas-fired electric generation, Florida Gas Transmission is working on two major expansions. Phase IV will consist of pipe and compression to extend its network to southwest Florida and add capacity of nearly 200 MMcf/d. This project is scheduled to be in service by mid-2001. The proposed Phase V expansion, once completed, will add approximately 400 MMcf/d of capacity and has an in-service date of 2002. The proposal was filed in December with FERC.
The 4,795-mile pipeline had average daily capacity of 1.5 Bcf in 1999.
Northern Border Pipeline
Northern Border Pipeline runs from the U.S./Canadian border in Montana to Illinois, transporting approximately 23 percent of all Canadian gas imports to the U.S. The pipeline measures 1,214 miles and averaged daily deliveries of 2.4 Bcf in 1999. The Chicago Project expansion was put in service at the end of 1998. By interconnecting with multiple pipeline systems, this link fundamentally changed North American markets by establishing a new relationship between Canadian and NYMEX gas prices. Northern Border has proposed a second expansion, Project 2000, to connect to Northern Indiana Public Service Company and its industrial customer base in the Midwest.

THE COMPANY IS NOW KNOWN AS BREDARO-SHAW AND IS A HALLIBURTON COMPANY.
Bredero Price's origins date back to the HC Price company, which has operated in the United States since the 1930s and was acquired by Dresser Industries Inc. in 1993.
In 1996, Dresser and Shaw Industries Ltd. of Canada merged the pipecoating businesses of Bredero Price and Shaw Pipe Protection to form the Bredero-Shaw Group, the world's largest pipecoating company.
Dresser was subsequently acquired by the Dallas-based Halliburton Co., giving Halliburton a 50 percent ownership stake in Bredero-Shaw.

By the way, as I mentioned, another indication of Halliburton’s continuing interest in the Afghanistan Pipeline project is their involvement in the gas processing facility that just opened on schedule in October in Turkmenistan.
This facility is to process the gas before it goes into the pipeline that is to go through Afghanistan.
The gas compressing equipment was supplied by Dresser-Rand, a Halliburton company until it was sold for $536 million last year.
Dresser, of course, is the Halliburton company just cited in the lawsuit of the previous post.
