Bush is in Russia talking about the coming nuclear war between Pakistan and India. He isn't talking about how to prevent it, he is talking about how to contain it to just the two countries. Both Russia and the US want to see large numbers of Pakistanis eliminated because it will get rid of the largest remnants of Al Queda and Taliban.
Russia is suffering from Chechen terrorists who are being equipped and trained by Pakistanis and Pakistan based Muslim groups.
While India is a Democracy and has been a long time ally of the US, there are enough people in India that getting rid of a few million or so isn't going to matter that much. In other words, to get rid of Al Queda, many Indians will die. That doesn't matter to them, they believe in reincarnation and are hoping for a better life! (sarcasm in case you missed it - put in because I just heard all of this justified with that line)
Remember the Iran and Iraq war? Two Muslim states were turned against each other in a divide and conquer tactic. While the same logic is not exactly being used here... a similar one is being played out. India will be used to mop of the rest of the terrorists and terrorist support networks that hide in Pakistan.
Pakistan may become part of India again since there may be no Muslims left alive once the war is over. Such is the plan. As far as I can see, there is no way to stop it, since it appears as if Russia will supply the first nuke attack if Pakistan won't... the nuke will come from Pakistan, but it will not have been launched by the Pakistani government. Try telling that to one billion plus Hindus who are filled with rage and hate at the Muslims and in particular, the Taliban. They WANT to kill them all. If Russia gives them the excuse, so much the better.
