You may like to try the Gospel of Barnabas as well ...another "unworthy" book.
----------
The Gospel of Barnabas was accepted as a Canonical Gospel in the Churches of
Alexandria till 325 C.E. In 325 C.E., the Nicene Council was held, where it was ordered that all original Gospels in Hebrew script should be destroyed. An Edict was issued that any one in possession of these Gospels will be put to death.

Similarly - as I delved into the different Islamic schools and "indulged" in comparative religion ...Buddhism - Vedic ...and back to Torah, Bible ...Qur'an ...my world changed. Having a basic grounding in physics helped me survive thru it.

I concur!

Many Christians I know pray to "The Father" as Lord and Jesus separately, as do some "enlightened" Hindu and Buddhist practisioners who pray without the assistance of idols ...back to basics you could say.

That is the intent of our common adversary since the beginning - even though they have gained control of the "formal" reins of the Church whether it be Roman Catholic or Buddhist Temple or Muslim Mosque - destruction of religion is their aim although the corruption was by "their" hand ...hidden tho' it may be.

Both the Christians and the Muslims will finally "awaken" it is said, they will be the first in the "end times", followed by all and sundry ...one of the signs will be the total rejection of USURY in all its many varied forms per the Banking System that strangle us all today irrespective of religion or no-religion.

Throwing off the shackles of the Priests will be one sign ...and we now know that most if not all formal administration of religion has been "overtaken" ...for the Muslims they will suddenly realize a little known saying of the Prophet Muhammad that says in effect "No monkhood, No Priesthood is allowed for you ...each one of you are unto yourselves ...choose among the most knowledgeable among you ...if there is none look inside your breast [heart/instinct/genes?]"

There have been many alike de Molay in many different times, in different places around the world ...whole groups of wise men who seek no reward for what they do that have been "slaughtered" by the "One-Eyed" leaving the common people "blind" ...without guidance, easily manipulated thereafter.
> Inquiring minds want to know a lot more ... any clues, here,
> Gigi? Aladdin? Coriolanus? Templar Scribe?
But these "wise men" always come back ...in many different forms and work their ways - the one-eyed will not have it all their way!
More later.
