For body organs to be useful to a recipient, retrieved parts cannot be contaminated, must be surgically removed in a sterile environment by competant surgeons. To be able to insert the donor organ into a body, the removed organ must have intact blood vessels for reconnection, and the donor body must be "alive" ie on life support systems. Patients waiting for organ transplants are on an International register, and the organ must be compatible with the recipient. Blood clots from the donor organ would be fatal to the recipient, and useless to the organ. As clotting occurs rapidly the organ is treated to prevent this from happening. Yes I can see that the bodies have been extensively examined, but not for the retrieval of body parts for organ transplantation.
Organ transplantation has to occur in a sterile environment, it takes several hours to do and requires a skilled surgical team. Doctors are ethical people, what ever your opinion of them, they not only follow the Hippocratic oath, but are tightly regulated. Any Doctor associated with an activity that is clearly unethical would be struck off a medical register.
