Myself not using the term anymore is not an insult. I just don’t feel qualified as you are. You know these people, while I do not. I can only look for similarities in objectives and deduce from that.
I do not use the public terms unipolar, multipolar and bipolar to refer to a faction, but rather an alliance of countries, likeminded in objectives, working together. I have no information to suggest whether the Austrian Faction-Two is all-powerful and can definitely bring about a world government to their liking, that they can control, similar to the Hapsburg Empire.

I do not know of any multipolar world individuals, like you do Faction-Two individuals, but rather voices and movements within countries (Russia, China, India, Malaysia, Germany, France, U.S., etc.) that support the cause of such an alliance. I do not know if this is counter to what the Austrians are trying to accomplish.

This only refers to an alliance of Multi-polar minds and movements in countries coming together.
