These terms have been around for a longtime within the political circles. Just that they have not been used as much. I no longer use the term Faction-Two, because it only represents a faction within the Multipolar alliance.
Both of them refers to New World Orders:
Unipolar: One World Government
Bipolar & Multipolar: Several countries uniting together under the principle of shared world government with humanitarian goals. The governing body will be similar to the United Nations counsel. The U.N. will disband, relocate and change its name. I have the new name of the organization. The name change will reflect a worldlier concept for society in general.
The usage of Agents refers to human bodies working for either alliance.
