Socialists not communists, and they are NWO-types, control the UN. As has been said here several times, we cannot have a one-world government if the world is divided into two or more camps, and a cold war scenario is in place.
All this is mooted by the approach of Nibiru, which will lay governments low. The Annununki will sort out individual karma and assign every player in the human drama to his/her proper world. Some will be left here in a quite different Earth to restart the experiment.
