>1. What faction are Cheney? Rumsfeld?
Rumsfeld is currently an emissary of Faction One. Cheney is just image, don't worry about him or Bush Jr.
>2. Why did Russians deposit their "gift" from the USA in Austrian banks?
>Surely there would have been a message along the lines of "don't take this
>anywhere near an Austrian".
The Bolshevik Russians stole billions from Russia. The Russian Faction One oligarchies are also involved in the loot. Five or so years ago Russia began to overthrow the oligarchies by destroying their companies.
Also, Russian power is CENTRALIZED! So when Yeltsin gets out of line, he is brought back in line quickly. This CENTRALIZED power walks in the shadows of Putin. That's why the U.S. Faction One media don't like Putin. Whenever you see a shuffle inside the Kremlin, it means that power was breached by a mole (clone), and that person is fired. The person fired reappears (as a Faction Two clone) in public to take another office. Their CENTRALIZED power is very effective and impenetrable.
Remember, whatever country the U.S. media dislikes or unhappy with, Faction Two is trying to pull that country away from Faction One. Iran, Iraqi, North Korea, etc. are being brought in line, into the sphere of Faction Two. So, Faction One media will write negative press about them. So you see why Bush Jr. was so hawkish in his state of the union speech? That was for public consumption only. He has to keep feeding the image machine that the people are brainwashed into.
>3. Was Clinton giving secrets and aid to China thinking/hoping China would
Clinton was a front. You can't out Faction One, so you go for Clinton and his administration. It was Faction One who was giving China technology to pull her away from Faction Two. China ended up blackmailing Faction One and Faction One media engineered negative propaganda stories to shame China.
>invade/attack the USA, but he has been double-crossed? (I'd noticed the use of
All that is Faction One propaganda to incite paranoia against the American public. All that chicom and Red China usage is being done by Faction One neo conservatives in media. China has no intentions of invading America. There is however a Faction Two military force to confront Faction One, and China is a part of this.
If China should become an ally of Faction One, all that negative propaganda about China would stop.
>the term multipolar, and thought this was very significant when the term
>was being by used by China)
Multipolar is not indigenous to China. It only refers to Faction Two alliance and a new way of doing things, and China is apart of that and uses the term as well.
>4. What will be the main differences between a unipolar world government
The multipolar order will be a _truly democratic_ system, a people system, that will pull away from the focus of capitalism and image. They have plans to shrink the high cost of capitalism down to inexpensive levels so that they can solve the needs of mankind. Removing poverty, homeless, famine, unemployment, slavery, eradicate wars, nuclear weapons, etc. Their focus is education, science, technology, philosophy, arts, nature, etc. They plan to revamp higher education and schools in general. They want to take the human conscience to a hyper-human level to remove the fascination we now currently have with Faction One's image, show, flesh and wars. The focus will be on human nature evolution again. But there are still some out there who would rather chaos than this.
>and a multipolar >world government? (I refer to the UN security council in
>which my understanding is the communists have more power).
Note how the U.S. media reports of the U.N. are not good. Why? Faction One has very little say in the U.N., and so they belittle it. When Rockefeller had control and Faction One had more say, the agenda was Communist. Today, this is not true, for the power shifted to Faction Two.
The unipolar world government focus would still continue with exploitation and looting of the people. They would just take it to a new level implementing their ID CHIP technology for security reasons to ensure loyalty, said a Faction Two mouthpiece.
