Constantly shifting over time, and subject to its own internal feuds and the constants of vendetta, the forces which others have described as Faction 1 or "the New World Order," are grouped together in what I have described previously, as being the Three-Headed Dog or Cerberus -- the mastiff at the Gates of Hades -- wearing the three crowns of Holland, Belgium, England & Wales. Their operative philosophy is called "British Zionism," or the principle that the neo-teutonic aristocracy of these three small powers is entitled "to rule the world," and in fact, is entitled to own this planet and all of its resources. The reasoning that British Zion uses to justify its centuries-long struggle for naval supremacy and economic power is secondary, and disputable, but the facts of their triumphs and successes are indisputable. The City of London and the brokerages in Britain and Brussels handle more financial traffic and currency exchanges than does New York City, by nearly 50%. That means that if a trillion dollars change hands in New York every working day, the financial routings through London are nearly double that amount. Whether the Saxe-Coburg Germans who have usurped the thrones and titles of England and Wales are truly human, or hybrids/mutants, or face-shifting "reptilians," and so forth -- is not something I am qualified to assess -- but it is for certain that these people are extraordinarily concerned about blood lines and blood types. There is a reason for that, and whether it goes back to Merovingian roots, the travels of Veronica and St. Peter or St. Paul, or the earliest Christian converts among the Roman legions -- many being the officers and their wives then stationed in pagan Britain (or some other elements) -- will have to be explained in detail by someone else. Others have noted that Mystery Schools go back much farther in pre-history than we now know, back all the way to the highly-developed technological era of Atlantis and Mu. That could be true, or it could be a fantasy: I think it is true.

Conservative Republicans were happy to see one of their main champions -- Richard Cheney of Wyoming -- included on the ticket with W., after the political bloodbath of the South Carolina and New York party primaries. Lost in the sorrow of the days after 9/11 was the lingering resentment of conservatives and pro-Life Republicans over the savage treatment accorded John McCain that that New York primary. George Pataki was and has been New World Order for a very long time, and yet he has almost nothing in common with Dick Cheney -- politically -- except his own desire to operate the Grand Old Party like it was an all-Hungarian nightclub with members-only privileges. Six months ago, in a prophetic and clear dream, I envisioned Dick Cheney and Laura Bush being the true holders of powers in this country, with W. as their Steppin Fetchit in white face: to say that they are New World Order all the way is possible, or that may be uncharitable in the extreme; but, then again, it was only a dream. Rumsfeld is clearly on the side of the arms merchants.

What were their options, exactly? Trust the French and their dominant banking class -- the Rothschilds? Put their money into the hands of their blood enemies, the British Zionists and their Chinese warlord-allies in Hong Kong and Singapore? The Swiss, who were then under intense pressure from U.S. critics, over their handling of the assets of Jewish Germans and Jewish Austrians during World War II? Trust the Czechs or the Turks?

"Who would have guessed that, in return for money, Bill Clinton and Al Gore would literally sit down to supper with a procession of agents for the Communist Chinese army, Chinese intelligence, the Macao criminal syndicate, and Cambodia's biggest drug trafficker? Who would have guessed that Clinton and Gore would use the power of the White House itself to lobby for a foreign power?" In "The Year Of The Rat," Edward Timperlake and William C. Triplett document, extensively, how Bill Clinton and Al Gore prostituted themselves both as candidates for President and Vice-President, and most certainly as the sitting executives, to get the cash money they needed for the 1996 re-election campaign. My contention is that Clinton was and still is an operative of the City of London, or of that faction of American intelligence which it controls -- and that his sexual peccadilloes made him perfectly malleable for the masters of blackmail who populate the New World Order -- whereas Gore, having made his bargain with the demonic, was forced to amputate his own conscience and continue raking in the money, even though it seems obvious that Clinton despised him personally and may have tried to have him killed on at least two occasions (1996 and '97). The British have concluded a long-term agreement with the neo-Marxist war chieftains of China, one that strengthened HSBC or Hong-kong Shanghai Bank of China while ceding control of the City of Hong Kong. The proof of this is in the effort now being made to purchase -- at firesale prices -- the optical fiber networks of Global Crossing LTD, and Bermuda company, by Hutchison Wampoa and other Hong Kong-based investors. The British were actively pursuing a similar strategy in the late 1850s, when they had placed their pet weakling James Buchanan in the Presidency, and who -- despite being hailed as "the greatest jurist of his era," -- was complicit in the dissolution of the union of the States and the headlong rush into a civil war. There is every indication that the Anglo-Chinese game plan was to provoke a new and more lethal civil war in these United States, and having failed utterly at that, they turned to pumping up the Al Qaeda.

: government and a multipolar world government?
"We come to the true question, namely, which is best for the United States, a federal or a supreme national government; or which will best secure their strength, wealth, and liberty? The difference between strength, wealth, and liberty of a government, and of a people," wrote Senator John Taylor of Virginia in 1823, "first presents itself.
"Wherever a government possesses too much of these, the people have too little. Restraints upon government alone beget liberty, and liberty alone begets that high degree of strength, able to withstand both foreign aggression and domestick usurpation. Like Mahomet's tree of Paradise, it bears the best fruits in most abundance, and among them national strength and individual happiness."
What has proven true for these United States -- originally a multi-polar union of republican States -- will prove true for a multi-polar council or confederation for world government. Replace the words "foreign aggression" with "inter-stellar aggression," and "domestick usurpation" with world-around or global civil war, and it is clear that a "supreme" governing body will either be fascistic a la' Benito Mussolini or occultic like Adolf Hitler's S.S. and Aryans-only political tyranny.
"Is it enthusiasm or sober reason," asked John Taylor, "which believes that a division of power begets liberty; that liberty animates the people to defend their country [or, their planet]; that it extorts admiration from nations compelled both to applaud and to envy; and that it brings wealth and comfort by invigorating industry? Can the artifices for destroying our division of powers, be better than these benefits, both splendid and substantial?"
The New World Order is an oligarchy based on the premise that all people -- except for the royal elites and their chosen minions, servants, overseers and straw bosses -- are cattle to be herded, cultivated and slaughtered whenever necessary. The principled oppositon to them, in Faction 2, holds to an ancient tradition which has been called "chivalry" or "brotherhood," and which emphasizes family ties and personal liberty within their concepts of sovereignty and fealty; as the NWO crowd lurches further and further into the occultic shadowlands, it grows more and more to resemble the National Socialists of Germany. There can be no doubt that there is alive, today, a movement of strong men and women who lost relatives, loved ones and personal wealth to the depravities of the Nazi Party and the S.S., and who have memories as long as those of the monarchists and occult masters of the New World Order. The question is, will Faction 2 come to trust the abilities of free people everywhere "to back their play?" Or will they become introverted and psychotic in their own way, as they struggle to wrest power from the Society of Thule and the minions of darkness employed by British Zion?
"The constitution supposed that a federal president would be more likely to sustain the federal system and the rights of the States. It knew that a glare of character would more easily deceive the multitude than the State legislatures," wrote John Taylor, "and that a species of popularity so easily obtained, much oftener bestowed repentance than liberty on the people."
By their constant manipulations of the media and the once-free press, the elements of British Zionism dominant in this country have built up a thoroughly corrupt campaign financing system which is now falling into ruin with the Enron scandal: the plan of the City of London was 160 years in the making, so do not think that it will be undone without struggle, strife and more bloodshed. More good Americans will die, and we are practically being 'promised' by Donald Rumsfeld, that more airplanes will crash and burn soon. Their cards are now mostly face up.
Yet it is all coming unravelled, and the New World Order has sustained many losses and casualties -- as witness the failure of "Talk" magazine, led by the ultra-Zionist Tina Brown, formerly editor of The Tatler in England. Talk magazine was, during its brief life, little more than a political action committee for Hillary Rodham Clinton and her husband, the First Philistine. $55 million in losses at Talk is real money, even in today's hyper-inflated media economy. The Hollywood moguls who walked away from Tina Brown made sure that their auxiliaries were well-fixed even as they abandoned them all, in the Winter Of Our Discontents, but what has never been explained is why the late John F. Kennedy, Jr.'s George magazine was allowed to die.
That fact that it was done in after his death, indicates that there are, apparently, blood feuds present among those who are grouped together under Cerberus, the three-headed beast of the New World Order. Rockefellers and Rothschilds have been "suicided" or disappeared over the decades of their feuds, so why should anyone doubt that the vendetta does apply in and among the other major families who make up the body-politic of Faction 1, or that sometimes these groups defect and switch sides for their own internal purposes and reasons?
We can only dream of the day to come, when all the warfighting of the secret armies is made clear, when the spies and the saboteurs of British Zion are tried and executed, and when the false histories of the 18th, 19th and 20th Centuries are purged forever, and our true histories re-recorded for all people in all the countries of this world. Then perhaps the days of starvation and the ritutal murder of children will also pass, forever, from the dreamscapes of human consciousness on this pretty, fertile, and bedazzled planet.
