I am certain that most readers of RMNews know that the Chinese military controls the end of the Panama Canal through a company called Hutchinson-Whampoa. Did you also know that this company ALSO controls the ends of the Suez Canal, and god only knows what else? They are the company that was involved in the Long Beach Shipyards scandal.
Why is this important today?
Because this company recently made a bid to bail out a fiberoptic company that filed for chapter 11 protecton, Global Crossings. Global Crossings in based in the Bermudas.
I think we need to be especially alert to news items with the name of Hutchison Whampoa. We also need to be alert to unusual Chinese AND Russian military movements.

I have concluded that we are about to see a war provoked with China. I think George Bush laid the ground work for it last night in his State of the Union address. He mentioned North Korea as one of the terrorist countries that needs to be watched.
North Korea is CERTAIN the United States is going to invade it, and they are ready with back pack nukes AND nuclear tipped missiles. We know that China has a missile that can reach Los Angeles. Have they sold it or loaned one to North Korea?
Remember when the Clinton Administration gave permission to sell China advanced computers? This is how they obtained the ability to AIM their missile accurately enough to hit Los Angeles. So when they wipe out Hollywood and all the Democratic supporters with one fell swoop of a nuclear tipped missile, I want people to remember to thank the Clinton Democrats for doing this!!
Provoking a war with China could be part of the "three or four year war" that the Europol Operative said was necessary to avoid world wide depression, starvation, massive plagues and massive deaths!
But what if China double crosses George Bush and makes a secret alliance with Russia?
I wonder about this... Tonzal, gigi... do you have any input here... I am wondering if Austria is holding enough cards to be able to control any and all movements the Russian might make. And if push comes to shove... do either of you know who Russia will align with... will they align with the United States and Austria, or will they align with China?

Global Crossing Files for Ch. 11

NEW YORK (AP) - In one of largest-ever corporate failures, former high-flying telecommunications network builder Global Crossing Ltd. filed for bankruptcy protection on Monday.
The New York Stock Exchange immediately halted trading in the shares of the Bermuda-based company, which spent billions building a worldwide fiber-optic network only to see bandwidth demand wither.
As the dot-com bubble lost air, investors dumped holdings in Global Crossing, deciding it was over-indebted. Now, shareholders could be left with worthless stock.
Hutchison-Wampoa LTD is assuming 80% control of the company for US$375 million. The company is based in the Bermudas and almost 90 percent of its fiber optic cable has already been laid.
China is now in the Bermudas, and Panama, and the Suez, and probably every other place in the world that has a strategic advantage!

In earlier post it was reported about the use of the caves of the Hudson valley to store small arms, drugs, biological, chemical, and small suitcase theromonuclear devices.
Employees of this company, Hutchinson Whampoa, via a network of hidden front companies were in the Hudson Valley inquiring about the caves in the Hudson Valley.
Li Ka Shing,a principal in Hutchinson Whampoa the one in the same, is connected to of Long Beach Naval Base scandal --smuggling of small arms to chinese street gang in the USA; the one in the same whose company controls the Panama Canal---the US Congress is concerned in how he got the contract; now the one in the same, for the Hudson Valley.
Retired Admiral Moore confirms that this company has ties to China's intelligence agency...and may just be a front company.

For those who are following these RMN storiess, we have made earlier posts about the transportation of nuclear suitcase bombs, bio and chemical weapons,and drugs being stored in the caves of the Hudson Valley in New York State.
Some past History:...During the Prohibition in the 1920's, the Hudson Valley and in particular the caves and cement mines in Kingston, Hudson, and Rosendale were the hidden warehouses for the contrabands of liquor and beer for the speakeasies in NYC.
There are many colorful stories about Dutch Schultz and how the MOB delivered the booze to NYC from the towns along the Hudson River.
It was said on RMN, that the Hudson Valley is the most strategic place for the distribution of illegal drugs, small arms, and other portable weapon systems.
On RMN, in the article by a UN Insider, it was reported that Amtrak (the railroad) is the main conduit for illegal drugs movement within the USA.
The major public artery for transportation in the Hudson Valley for the State of New York is "Amtrak".
Considering the facts that these are all independent sources, there are considerable mounting evidence that these assertions are correct and a fair proponderance of evidence exits.

Ailing Global Crossing gets Asian lifeline

HONG KONG, Jan 29 (Reuters) - Hutchison Whampoa Ltd and Singapore Technologies Telemedia Pte, picking over the wreckage of the telecoms sector shakeout, will take up to 80 percent control of Global Crossing Ltd (NYSE:GX - news) in a rescue plan.

``If the deal is completed, we will have between 70 and 80 percent. It's a reasonable investment,'' Hutchison managing director Canning Fok told reporters who had staked out his office building in Hong Kong.
Hutchison and ST Telemedia will invest a combined US$750 million in international wholesale carrier Global Crossing, which on Monday sought protection from its creditors in the fourth-largest Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing in U.S. history.
The reorganisation plan, which will wipe out the holdings of Global Crossing's common and preferred shareholders, must win bankruptcy court approval by the end of August. Competing bids for the one-time high-flyer could still emerge, analysts said.
``It's a distressed asset,'' said analyst K.Y. Ng of Nomura International, noting Hutchison's bargain-hunting history. ``It's not going to be an overnight success or every Tom, Dick and Harry would be scrambling to buy it.''
Ports-to-telecoms conglomerate Hutchison and Singapore government-owned Singapore Technologies will hold equal stakes in Global Crossing if their bailout succeeds.
``We have a relationship (with Global Crossing). We know what strengths they have. We believe in the fundamental strengths of their global network,'' Hutchison spokeswoman Nora Yong told Reuters. ``We see significant opportunities for future value creation through this investment.''
A spokeswoman for ST Telemedia said the planned investment -- its largest outside of Singapore -- is for the long term.
``We are in the info-comm arena. Our strategy is to become a market leader in this arena.... The investment will accelerate our expansion plan in Asia and the rest of the world.''
HUTCH INVESTORS APPLAUD
Shares in Hutchison surged 4.17 percent to close on Tuesday at HK$75 in a broad market rally, but are off some 31 percent over the past year as of Monday's close, largely on worries over its heavy exposure to third-generation (3G) mobile telecoms.
Singapore Technologies has a small stake in Global Crossing's Asia Global Crossing (NYSE:AX - news) subsidiary and controls StarHub, Singapore's number-two telecoms company, as well as the city-state's monopoly cable TV firm.
Hutchison is controlled by billionaire Li Ka-shing, known in Hong Kong as a deft and opportunistic investor. Hutchison's US$375 million half of the takeover investment in Global Crossing is not considered onerous for a firm with about US$17 billion in cash and liquid assets.
