Back in time to when the U.S. External Debt was $400 Trillion Dollars.. A report came back several years ago one of Russell Herrmann-Herman's "MEN" reported back to DURHAM HOLDING TRUST, Tias 12087: Their "Investigation" had determined: "There were Three Sets of Banking Ledgers discovered being used at the Fed. R. and U.S.T. Ledgers used for regular banking; Ledgers for "Off Ledger" Banking. The true amount of external debt would blow my mind. The external U.S. Debt was reported as over $700 Trillion and expected to go higher." VKD
