CGI's Point: Swine flu - Martial law

In Response To: Obama Declares H1N1 Flu National Emergency-Get Educated, BEFORE You Get Vaccinated! (DrRobinFalkov)

I was thinking. During Pres. Bush's time, a law was signed stating that the President could declare Martial law without going through anyone else, in the case of a National emergency. Well, the so called swine flu National emergency (what a joke) is now a national emergency. Pres. Obama can now declare Martial law at will. Point
