If I am correct and TPTB had to BLUFF with the threat of a Nuclear Event then Sometime between October of 2008 and October of 2009 TPTB determined they had LOST the struggele to take over the Earth and had to BLUFF. Keep in mind The game is not Over. Let's figure out what we did before that worked and resume that behavior or create the positive energy to help the Earth WIN! And yes it's related (according to me) to "The Most Important Issue in the History of the Universe"
