At 2:22am the Moon is exactly 90 degrees from Mars, applying to conjunction 11 October. Related: NEW YEAR - NEW FACE ON MARS 19 December 2006.
The Full Moon occurred not quite 24 hours prior, in 12 Aries (Tropical): A TRIANGULARLY SHAPED FLIGHT OF WILD GEESE. An idealistic reliance upon an image of universal order. COSMIC ORDER.
Ordinarily fleet-footed Mercury is moving very slowly having turned prograde 28 September, and therefore the Messenger delivers content of unusual importance. For more than two weeks in late September to the first part of October Mercury is within three degrees of the 5 x 30 arc (called the "Quincunx" aspect) applying to Neptune. That aspect activates the 'fifth principle', Adaptive Response, the mecanism of Quantum Evolution. Planetary energies at such elevated levels induce the 'hundredth monkey' to radically depart from known behaviors. The unusually long-lasting Merc-Neptune Quincunx provides a 'platform' for enactment of the "Quantum Shift in the Global Brain". Such 'transitions' occur "outside of time", so this is a good time to pay close attention!

Merc and Neptune are only 20 arc-minutes of longitude from the exact 150-degree Quincunx pattern at 2:22am EDT.
In very tight precision, Mars is 60 degrees from Mercury and the Moon is 60 degrees from Neptune at 2:22am.
Therefore Mercury and Neptune are at the 'activation points' of two YODS, simultaneously. This pattern is also extraordinary because... even though these YODS are completed by fast-traveling Moon and Mercury, they are at maximum potency during the critical assimilation interval 24 hours after Full Moon. By late morning on the 5th the Moon has moved out of range, but Mars remains within range of the 5 x 30 harmonic for another several days.
Within half of a degree, Mercury is opposite Uranus and a degree from the position of Neptune on 4 July 1776. Interpretation: Disintegration of barriers that have in contravention of natural law long sustained separateness. This occurs at the foundational base of the American Psyche (Merc-Neptune) where cognition operates through the mass mind (see Townhalls, Tea Parties).
The American Spirit continues in activation: Uranus in the sky only two degrees from the activating 'square' to 1776 Mars.
Coming of age at last, everywhere on Earth the American Spirit vocalizes opposition to the Status Quo.
