Reader: Before the Iraq war there was a contract for oil @ $30 a barrel

Re: Wayne Jett: Did you know that the price of.... Prior to the war with Iraq there was a contract that oil could not go over I think $30 a barrel. So all those years the oil countries lived with us only paying no more then $30 a barrel. For some reason Bush removed that contract prior to the Iraq war and I can not find anything to verify what I saw back then. It was on a cable news station that reported it. Imagine that the countries still made money with oil moving between $20 and $30 a barrel. Find that info and present it to Congress and spread the word it might get people even more angry at the elite and do something about it. T
