: This whole issue of vibratory rates is something I have
: studied for some years and I have been able to grasp it
: only on an intellectual level - until this year. I
: underwent a series of rebirthing sessions earlier this year
: and the full significance of this matter became an
: experience, rather than a concept.
Yes -- the difference between knowing-about, and knowing. :)
: I could put it this way: the "me" that I thought I was,
: was nothing of the kind! The flow of energy, of Life,
: that I felt whilst undergoing the rebirthing process was
: quite staggering. The everyday awareness I was used to
: thinking of as "me" turned out to be but a pale reflection
: of the "me" I became whilst rebirthing.
Yes; excellent. :) As human beans, we're experiencing the world and expressing forth into the world -through- our individual human consciousnesses. The quality and content of consciousness naturally has an affect on what we're perceiving and also on how we're being perceived by others - there's no other way it can be.
Our conscious minds are uniquely designed _not_ to think, too. :) The one thing they're good at, and the only thing they need to be good at, is 'pattern recognition'. When they get a 'match' with a pattern that's been seen before, related details are pulled up out of 'storage' in our subconscious minds - and we experience all this in an instant, as a complete 'package'.
Difficulties arise when the material brought up out of 'storage' is inaccurate or not appropriate to the real-world 'pattern' we're meeting with - we can react to it inappropriately, while deeply believing that "this is how any rational person would react!" Not necessarily true, however, no matter how deeply and emotionally we may believe that it is. It depends on the clarity and wrinkle-free-ness of the content of consciousness at that moment.
: In other
: words, the increased vibratory level induced by the simple
: process of prolonged regular breathing, raised me to a
: considerably higher level of being, quite beyond any
: previous experience, and one that was beautiful beyond
: words.
(Lovely; excellent. :) This sounds similar in some ways to the 'Activated Cellular Memory' method Rayelan speaks of, which involves 'circular breathing', she says.
: ...I now find that I can get a sense of the meaning of events,
: information, people, in a way I never used to.
Cool - you've "ironed out" your capacity of perception and expression; you're "more available" to perceive clearly.
: Another very interesting point that Bob makes, and which you
: touched on in your reply, is how, as we handle the dark
: aspects of ourselves at an individual level, and come to
: terms with them, this will be reflected at the outer level,
: by a corresponding reduction in the outer darkness.
Yes, absolutely. No matter how 'separate' we may think we are from other human beings, we're all very connected subconsciously and spiritually, and living together-in-common in "the world that human beings have made" (as distinct from the planet that God has made).
The idea that the wings of a butterfly in one location could contribute or produce a rushing mighty wind somewhere else has much more truth to it than we usually allow. If I yell at my meighbor it affects much more than just me and my neighbor. Likewise if I express kindness and friendship to my neighbor, it affects much more than just the two of us, also.
: After all, the reason we all post on RMN is because, however
: faint the belief, we all think that there is at least the
: POSSIBILITY that the elite's plans will fail. They are not
: infallible, nor have they ever been.
I agree, that _is_ what's brought us here; it's a 'calling' that we might not understand clearly but we have answered to. Those who would say "words are not actions" are right up to a point but have missed the reality of what human communication really consists of and the power that is associated with it.
Nice to be sharing in this with you. :)
