This whole issue of vibratory rates is something I have studied for some years and I have been able to grasp it only on an intellectual level - until this year. I underwent a series of rebirthing sessions earlier this year and the full significance of this matter became an experience, rather than a concept. I could put it this way: the "me" that I thought I was, was nothing of the kind! The flow of energy, of Life, that I felt whilst undergoing the rebirthing process was quite staggering. The everyday awareness I was used to thinking of as "me" turned out to be but a pale reflection of the "me" I became whilst rebirthing. In other words, the increased vibratory level induced by the simple process of prolonged regular breathing, raised me to a considerably higher level of being, quite beyond any previous experience, and one that was beautiful beyond words.
Not only that, but you mentioned about self-judgements and their effects on health. Again, the process actually allowed me to go straight to issues that have dogged me most of my life, and simply dissolve them. They are literally stored in your body as frozen bits of consciousness and it was nothing short of a miracle the way these issues surfaced, again through the simple process of breathing.
Having been through such profound experiences, it has totally altered my habitual "processing methods" and I now find that I can get a sense of the meaning of events, information, people, in a way I never used to. Hence the trail I followed to Bob Frissell's books.
Another very interesting point that Bob makes, and which you touched on in your reply, is how, as we handle the dark aspects of ourselves at an individual level, and come to terms with them, this will be reflected at the outer level, by a corresponding reduction in the outer darkness.
I must do some more research into this whole area.
After all, the reason we all post on RMN is because, however faint the belief, we all think that there is at least the POSSIBILITY that the elite's plans will fail. They are not infallible, nor have they ever been.
