[doveofo] NESARA Coming!!!! New World Order CANCELLED!
Hello Dear Friends,
It appears from Bush Jr.'s retreat to his ranch, that the attempts
to try to announce the bogus "new world order/one world order" have
been totally stopped. I'm told the other countries have backed down
as well. The plan had been to do the new world order/one world order
announcement from the U.N. in New York today. However, White
Knights' actions of the last week have effectively eliminated that
possibility.
Instead, we will be having the NESARA announcement(s) and all
efforts are being made to get this done SOOOOOOOOOON! When we see
the NESARA announcement(s), let's remember to tell all our friends
and families that we have known about this and how much our country
needs NESARA's improvements. Upon NESARA's announcement, we all need
to SPEAK UP in support of NESARA giving us our RESTORED liberties,
new banking and other improvements which are bringing ALL of us
wonderful new prosperity options.
Regarding the prosperity programs deliveries for which we have been
waiting for many years, these are also SOOOOOON. There have
continued to be sprinklings of deliveries the last several weeks.
I'm told that those of us in our networking groups will be the last
to receive as the mass deliveries sweep the country. The remaining
countries in the world will ALSO have their deliveries and
notifications within the week following the U.S. ALL programs
worldwide should have at least the first delivery/notification
attempt to program members by the end of November.
I'm told the deliveries DO INCLUDE "A/D" program members, if you
have avoided being tricked into doing a request for a refund.
Remember, the "A/D" program funds were found by the famous auditing
firm to be "short" due to leaders/coordinators of the program
stealing funds; this is why the "refund" offers have been coming out
to try to trick people, I'm told. The A/D funds available ARE paying
out and the World Court is planning to recover as much as possible of
the stolen funds for payout to the A/D program members later. I'm
told the Non Disclosure for the A/D is purposely very tricky, so be
very careful to follow it. If you have other funds, you may want to
do only the minimum required to activate your A/D funds and then let
the A/D funds sit until the Non Disclosure is expired.
I remind everyone in the prosperity programs we must CAREFULLY read
our instructions and follow them EXACTLY. Also, we all MUST abide
100% by the requirements in the Non Disclosure documents we sign.
Remember, we MUST KEEP SILENT about the NAMES of our programs from
which our prosperity comes and the AMOUNTS; these are key elements in
the Non Disclosures. In addition, I suggest we avoid saying or
writing the names of any of our programs or anything about our
involvement in the programs when we speak/write to each other even
before delivery, to get into the habit.
Also, all of us receiving in the U.S. need to remember to put at
least one of our checks into our U.S. premium bank account which has
been set up for us at one of the U.S. Treasury Banks. We must be
sure to keep about $3 Million in our U.S. premium bank accounts to
cover bank fees and keep the accounts OPEN because ALL our offshore
will be coming to us through these U.S. Treasury Bank premium
accounts which have been set up for us.
ALL of our prosperity programs' funding accounts in the U.S. are
set up at banks which have ALREADY signed up to be Treasury Banks.
ALL parts of our money that we in the U.S. are receiving, (ONshore,
OFFshore, and Fine money) are coming through the premium bank
accounts set up for us in the U.S. banks which are ALREADY signed up
to be Treasury Banks. The ONLY banks in which we have our FUNDING
accounts set up ARE TREASURY BANKS - ALL of them are already Treasury
Banks. We are advised to be sure if we deposit funds in any other
U.S. banks, that we make sure those banks are TREASURY banks also.
There should be a full list of Treasury Banks available after NESARA
is announced either on the Internet or in newspapers or some other
public media.
It is my understanding that we CAN SAFELY use our funds which are
set up for us in the U.S. TREASURY Banks, right from the very moment
we have access which most of us will get when we go for our
appointments at the bank. If you have any worries about this, then
to be doubly sure, wait until after NESARA is announced because
NESARA ELIMINATES all the federal government boogie men like the IRS,
the OECD, the FAT, and other government agencies who have been trying
to cause problems with Americans' money.
I disagree with the people who tell you to rush offshore with your
money. In my opionion, it's unnecessary to do so. With NESARA, we
KNOW what our new monetary and banking system is supposed to do.
HOWEVER, the WHOLE WORLD will be going through banking and monetary
changes RIGHT AFTER the NESARA changes are implemented, and we are
TOTALLY WITHOUT ANY INFO about WHAT those changes will look like in
the other countries. So, if you rush offshore, you may get caught in
some confusing and messy problems when other countries make changes
in their banking and monetary systems. Also, some companies offering
offshore financial structures (trusts, etc.) have been SHUT DOWN
recently. I suggest that we all review our options after NESARA is
implemented fully and we are educated about our new options in the
U.S. and the world following all these changes.
I'm also told that we will have options in the form of NEW
financial entities being announced publicly in the U.S. and we may
want to use these new financial entities in structuring our funds.
I'm told these new financial entity structures will be in alignment
with Constitutional Law and fairly straightforward to use.
Regarding CHARITABLE and HUMANITARIAN requirements, I understand
there are ZERO instructions telling us that we must give money to a
SPECIFIC charity. Since there are 50+ programs funding and they may
have slightly different instructions, we just need to pay attention
to the instructions we receive regarding charity and humanitarian
contributions. We all will have PLENTY of money available to us after
we give funds to our humanitarian projects.
For those of you unfamiliar with the "prosperity programs", let me
explain that about 300,000 people in the U.S. joined these programs
over the last 20 years. FINALLY, these programs are being allowed to
fund to the program members, thanks to the actions of the White
Knights. We, who are in the prosperity programs, had to take some
kind of action to JOIN these programs or someone may have gifted us
into a program, but these programs are CLOSED to new people and have
been closed for over a year; most have been closed for several
years.
The reason I write about the prosperity program deliveries and
funding in conjunction with NESARA is because most of our prosperity
programs have been arranged to be funded when the NEW Treasury Bank
system part of NESARA is announced. Thus our prosperity programs are
directly TIED TO the announcement and implementation of NESARA's new
Treasury Bank system.
In the future, I understand there will be NEW prosperity programs
that people will have an opportunity to access, however, I LACK any
details about these. I'm told in the U.S. that there will be public
info about these new programs, probably announced after NESARA by the
new people in the U.S. government.
People are asking me about the area code (909) update phone message
regarding prosperity programs: yes, I am familiar with it. It is
about several of the smaller programs and the messages on this number
are a good indication that progress is being made, however, it LACKS
any details about our big program. Also, the person in charge of the
(909) message line dislikes having lots of other people calling it,
and may turn it off if he hears about so many people calling it.
Regarding the update message line on prosperity programs in the
(310) area code, I just learned about this update line this week and
have listened to one of the messages. I totally LACK any connection
with Jennifer who is doing this message line; until this week, she
and her update line were unknown to me. I understand she does
forward my Dove EMAIL reports, however, I have ZERO connection with
Jennifer and ZERO connection with the messages she puts on her area
code 310 phone update line. If anyone thought they were listening to
Dove speaking on this line, they were 100% mistaken. (The only
people who have my voice on tape are the intelligence agencies who
tap my phone. I am absent from all phone update lines.)
Regarding NESARA's debt forgiveness, a person wrote me asking if
this would be a good time to "run up the balance on his credit cards"
since NESARA will be doing credit card debt forgiveness. I replied
that this is a BAD idea and it's WRONG to take advantage of the
situation. This is EXACTLY WHY the debt forgiveness of NESARA and all
other elements of NESARA have been kept SECRET. Some people HAVE
stopped paying on their credit cards and mortgages because they know
that NESARA is coming. This is why the NESARA website refutes what
Dove says because they and the U.S. bankers are worried more people
will stop paying their credit card bills or take advantage of the
situation in other ways.
Folks, we need to keep paying at least the minimum payment on our
credit cards and paying our mortgage payments, if we can possibly
manage to do so. I know it's hard because many people have been laid
off or have had their hours cut; some companies have people working
but have not paid them. ALL this because of the big mess that the
delays in announcing NESARA have caused! The banks are REFUSING to
make normal business loans to keep small companies going because the
banks know that the loan rules change with NESARA. I know there's
TREMENDOUS financial STRESS in our country and the world because of
the delay of NESARA and the worldwide banking changes. I've done
everything I can to get NESARA announced because it's really getting
critical to free up our prosperity money to help the world and our
country out of this serious financial crisis. I'm hearing now that
we WILL HAVE the NESARA announcement this month; sooner rather than
later.
