TRUTH AND RECONCILIATION COURTS COMING TO MEXICO
Is this the first step toward Truth and Reconciliation Courts on
a World Wide Basis?

For months now, RMNews has been mentioning a South African style Truth
and Reconciliation Court.
One of our Sources from Faction Three told us that the only way to
bring necessary allies on board, in order to defeat the New World
Order, was to offer them Amnesty.
What does this mean?
It means that the people of the world have a choice between living as
slaves under a totalitarian New World Order, or learning to forgive and
MOVE ON!
In other words, all the movers, shakers, dictators, bankers, warlords
and presidents of the world who have bankrupted their countries,
murdered their people, polluted the earth, tortured, robbed, raped,
mutilated, imprisoned and enslaved their critics and enemies will be
forgiven.
Does this mean that they would be allowed to go back to the style of
life that they had been leading? No. They will be given "community
service" jobs. They will know that they must carry out their community
service and refrain from their past activities and any alliance with
their old cohorts. They will know that if they violate their agreement
with the Truth and Reconcilation Court -- that God will take care of
them. In other words, they will die a natural death. Not a murder that
is made to look like a natural death -- God will simply call them home.
The concept behind this is a difficult one to explain, but it has to do
with a contract with God -- not a contract here on earth. If the men
and women who have chosen to go before the Truth and Reconciliation
Courts break their promise, they are breaking a promise to God, and it
will be God who delivers a swift punishment.
If they agree to come forward and testify in the Truth and
Reconciliation Courts, they will be allowed to live the rest of their
lives as a normal person, free from prison. They will be allowed to
work as long as they obey the laws. Their ill gotten gains will be
confiscated and returned to the people from whom it was stolen. Usually
the country which they ruled. If part of their wealth is legitimate.
They will be allowed to keep it.
The community service they will be assigned will be similar to
President Carter's involvement with Habitat for Humanity or Colin
Powell's involvement with education.
They will know if they violate any of the rules that are set down in
the secret sessions of the Truth and Reconcilation Courts that they
will have violated their agreement with God and God will take them home
quickly.
The main obstacle standing in the way of the Truth and Reconciliation
Courts are the victims of the tyrants who have ruled the earth until
now.
The Victims are still demanding an eye for an eye.
The Truth and Reconciliation Trials cannot work if the men and women
who must come forward and tell all they know, fear that their enemies
will kill them once they have told their stories.
How can this problem be solved? Faction Three Sources believe it can be
solved with money and logic.
The money will be taken from the bank accounts and property of the men
and women who have looted the world. This money will be given to the
victims so they can restore their lives, their families and their
countries.
The logic must come from all of us.
Start thinking about it. Do you want to MOVE ON to a world where you
WILL have an equal chance economically and educationally? Or do you
want to continue to live in a world filled with megalomaniacs who have
their fingers on the nuclear button and their hands around your throat?
Do you want to continue to look forward to a slave world filled with
concentration camps, slave labor camps, death camps and programmed
automatons?
The choice is in the hands of the victims. If you are one of the
victims, and who among us is not, will you be able to let go of your
desire for revenge? Logic must come from you.
Faction Three has stated that Mexico will be the first country to be
rebuilt, because it was the first country to be destroyed by the United
States and the International Financial Warlords who have used the
United States as their springboard for world control.
From immediately after the Civil War, the United States has carried out
an economic destabilization operation in Mexico. Remember, Mexico was
once ruled by Austria, where the opposition to the New World Order has
lived for centuries.
The leaders of the United States, backed by the Rothchilds, set in
motion a plan which would keep the Austrians from building up Mexico
and making is a first world nation capable of going to war with the
United States.
Because the Mexican people have had their native riches stolen from
them for hundreds of years, by outsiders as well as corrupt insiders,
it has been decided that Mexico will be the flag ship of the economic
restructuring.
What will this mean to the United States? It will mean that the flow of
illegal aliens will stop. It will mean that many illegal aliens who are
living here now will go home. It will mean that citizens of the United
States will be allowed to live, own property and invest in Mexico
without fear of having their property and money seized by a corrupt
goernment.
It means that retirement communities and alternative care hospitals
will be set up in Mexico where Americans of modest means will be able
to live out their lives in comfort. Or where cancer patients can go to
get the most advanced cancer treatments which the AMA will not allow in
the United States.
From the tiny bit of truth that is contained in the following article
about President Vicente Fox of Mexico, it appears as if the plan for
the Truth and Reconciliation Courts is on Track! If this is true, then
it means that the economic restructuring of Mexico is just about to
begin.
And what does this mean for you?
In spite of everything you have read in the newspapers, it means that
the end of the New World Order's immediate plan to takeover the world,
has been shelved... for the immediate future!!
However, if you have been watching the chess game going on in Florida,
you know that each day brings a new victor. The same is true in the
chess game for world control. At the moment, it appears as if the
financial war between Faction One and Faction Two and Three has been
won by a coalition of Faction Two and Three. If this is true, it means
that the world will return to a more normal status soon.
But does this mean that the members of the NWO will go without a fight?
Of course not! But it only means that once again the NWO has been sent
back into the shadows for a while. Watch for small smoldering wars to
continue all around the globe.
Until God evicts the NWO from this planet for good, there will always
be the risk that they can return to power and try once again to
reinstitute their plan for a One World under their tyrannic control.
No matter what the media is telling you right now -- there is HOPE on
the HORIZON!!

Mexico's President-Elect Announces Agenda for Reform

MEXICO CITY (AP) - President-elect Vicente Fox's advisers presented a
broad plan to reform the army, congress and the constitution on
Wednesday, and called for a national debate on abortion and a South
African-style "Truth Commission" to investigate past human rights
abuses and corruption.
The series of proposals, presented by the first opposition government
elected in Mexico's history, touched on some of the nation's most
sensitive problems, and were so far-reaching that many would require
Constitutional changes.
Like many of the groundbreaking proposals Fox made after defeating the
party that has ruled Mexico for 71 years, some could be too ambitious
to accomplish.
The proposals were made by a committee Fox formed just after his July 2
election, and it was not clear how many of them Fox actually planned to
push before Congress. But Fox, who listened carefully as the committee
announced its conclusions, had entrusted the group with his agenda, and
many of their recommendations are themes he has already taken up.
The 175-member committee recommended a constitutional ban on using
soldiers for peacetime policing or anti-drug work, areas where the army
currently is an important part of day-to-day operations.
The committee also called for a national debate on abortion, which is
currently illegal in Mexico, and the creation of a mechanism by which a
president can be impeached.
The group also suggested allowing Mexican congressmen to stand for
re-election, saying the decades-old ban on immediate re-election has
resulted in a crop of inexperienced legislators with each new Congress,
weakening the legislative branch.
Legislators also would be asked to drop an article of the constitution
that allows foreigners to be expelled arbitrarily, and establish a
"Truth Commission," which would investigate past human-rights abuses
and corruption - but not punish them.
It is "the biggest and most ample collection of suggestions regarding
policy decisions of the country that has been put together" since the
1910-1917 Mexican Revolution, Porfirio Munoz Ledo, the committee
leader, told local news media before the announcement.
