. . Hello Tom, . Remember the beggining sequence to escape from NY? . . 1983 film staring Kurt Russell aka Snake Pitskin as an outlaw former spec/op turned convict sentenced to prison NYC. Beginning sequence shows a view from Liberty Island National Police command looking at Manhattan and WTC. Narrator speaks about the need for mass urban prisons. The narrator talks about the economy crashing and current war in 1989. Then the scene changes to looking at the NYC Battery and WTC prison. Then goes to the scene where AF-1 is hijacked and crashed into manhattan. Pretty ironic since Monday’s little "photo shoot".
